Dear Friends and Family, We just wanted to reach out before class today and acknowledge concerns about covid-19 and the potential for this virus to spread. Currently, all of our classes will continue as planned. However, while the arts are always a wonderful way to increase our level of health and fitness, we urge you to stay safe and to protect our community by staying home if you are feeling at all unwell. As of right now, no one in our community has been in contact with the virus, but we know that the only way to keep our intergenerational community safe is to be vigilant about our own health.
