Black hole

My mind takes flight with thoughts only to go to my chest, its sinking into this hole that I want to stop feeling, I take a deep breath but all it does is move the hole to my stomach. I have a tingling sensation in my croch which says it’s no good. My hands are numb. My heart beats too fast. My face turns pale. When will my heart stop so I can get out of Hell.
