Title: The one book he wants to forget
The others love to come into Ink's library. There are some books that Ink's "written" himself. Dream and Killer are the only ones who get away with reading them because they never connect them back to Ink. Dream thinks they're just lovely fairytales to love stories. Killer thinks they're stories of unfinished AUs.
Dream sighs before gripping his lemonade tighter. He walks into the library with a smile. He's been wanting to sit down and read more for a while. The truce was taking much longer than he expected. He looks over to his left to see Blue passed out at a desk. A sharpening stone dry as he lays on the flat side of the sword, seemingly passed out while sharpening his sword. Dream chuckles before continuing into the library.
He continues his way to a small corner. It's covered in pillows and blankets. It's a small cave of softness. He feels himself relax at the thought of soft comfort. That those blankets and stolen jackets would and will keep him safe. Keeping him safe from everything as he reads. He sets his bottle down in the small cave before looking back at the shelves. He wasn't sure what to read.
To continue the story of the dancers? What about the story of the lovers at the festival? That one is a good one to reread. To reread the story of a lover leaving in the arms of the other? No, he doesn't want to cry right now. What about one of the circus and the people there? Did he ever finish that book? He squints as he tries to think, no, he never finished that one. He got so mad at their world to finish it. What about the one with gods? Hmm... no, he wants to relax not decipher what they are trying to say.
He sighs.
He's read a lot of these books. He can recite his favorite by heart. Even if the names are scratched out. A light pink book catches his eye. He grabs it before hurrying into his little cave, wrapping a blanket over himself, he looks at the title with fascination. One of the only books that still have its title.
"Us, Forever."
Dream takes a sip of his lemonade before settling into the very back corner of the cave. He moves to open the cover before noticing something strange. He lets out a hum of confusion as the book opens in half instead of individual pages. He opens the book to see blank pages. He pouts before sighing, he wanted to read a good book to relax. Getting ready to close the book, he sees something strange. He opens the book again to see ink converging in between the two pages. His eye lights brighten as he watches it.
Dream watches as the ink comes alive. He watches as a figure with two sets of wings rises from the pages, the words covering them as clothes with words describing them. He watches as they start the dance alone, a low rice hat stops him from seeing their face. Their wings act as arms as they move around. Their clawed feet slowly move around the pages. One moving in a semicircular manner, drawing an imaginary circle with their claws before slowly twirling.
He watches with curiosity and excitement as they dance slowly. Tan and deep brown ribbons dance behind them as they move. They seem to hum as they move. Dream watches as more ink creates another character. Taller than the first. He watches as the knight approaches the first with a sword drawn. The first being stops dancing to stare as the knight drops his sword. The words covering the first change to 'Angel' as their wings flutter before bowing to the other. The words making up the knight's scarf become 'Gummy Bear.' Dream feels he's missing some of their story, but he doesn't mind.
He watches as the knight kneels to the Angel before moving his face guard for the Angel to see. The Angel comes closer before circling the knight once before nodding. Dream watches as the Angel slowly creates arms out of one pair of wings. Mimicking the movements of the knight. He watches as the two start to dance together. In such a manner, it makes him think it's a way of telling their story. Starting so far away from each other, yet the way they would always look back at each other.
How the Angel slowly moved closer as the knight followed suit. The two of them dance around each other. Dream drinks his lemonade, not once tearing his eyelights from the page. He watches as the two start to move in sync. Moving to dance together, rather than the two dancing by themselves. He watches as their glances seem to last longer. As if they can't take their eyes off of each other.
Soon, they're waltzing. Dancing together so intimately. Twirls and soft touches. The way the knight holds the angel by the crook of their back, pulling them closer together. The way the angel moves to open the knight's mouth guard, holding his face in their hands. Closer and closer. A kiss is shared and Dream holds in his squeal. He watches as those words change again. Angel to Love, Gummy bear to Sweet Swapy.
The two slow their dance to a sway. The two press together as close as possible as they sway. The outfits changing. A wedding dress and wedding armor. The two just continue to sway and embrace. Dream coos quietly at the couple. The knight scoops up the angel before spinning around with them in his arms. The two spin and Dream can feel their love and adoration for each other. He continues to watch them dance before hearing footsteps approach. Dream's breath hitches as he looks up at the opening of his cave. He watches as the legs of Ink walk past his cave.
"Dream? Where are you?" Ink calls out, seemingly looking around the shelves. Dream watches as his friend stops at the bookshelf. "Huh." He doesn't like that tone. He hears some shuffling. "It's gone? Dammit."
Dream presses his mouth into a thin line before hiding in the dark of his cave, waiting for Ink to leave. Something telling him not to be seen by Ink with this book. He holds his breath before watching Ink leave the area. He sighs in relief before looking back at the book. There are now three figures. Angel, Knight, and one with a small set of detached wings. He stares at them, sitting together in the crease of the book. Their love can be felt by Dream. Angel moves their wings to show a bundle of blankets in their arms.
A child.
Dream's sockets widen in surprise and he quietly coos as they seem to dance around with the baby. Joy radiates from the three of them. He watches the small family be at peace, dancing together. The promise of being together forever lingered around them as if they would fight death for each other. The way that Knight is dedicated to his family, he watches as he blocks and protects his family from threats the ink creates. The way that Wings seem to take care of Angel and Knight, food and water are always on hand. The way Angel tended to their needs, cuddles, kisses, and wounds. The way they would take care of the child, watching them grow.
Dream feels tears in his sockets as he watches them grow closer and love each other so much. He watches as they seem to grow closer. When suddenly, the book snaps closed. Dream jumps at the sudden snap before blinking away his tears and taking a sip of lemonade to process what just happened. He pulls out his phone, his sockets grow wide. He's been in his cave for six hours watching the ink come alive to tell a story. He takes a deep breath before opening the book again, noticing how the pages seem to come apart as singular pages. Writing decorating each page with the story. Each page is another part of their story. Dream puts the book in his jacket and leaves his cave to go meet the others. An excuse of falling asleep, ready.
He'll read the book a little later.

Bonus:
"Hey, you two. It's been a while, huh?" He rubs his baby bump as he stares at the two. "You... You gave me one last gift before leaving. Did you know?" He chuckles before looking off to the side. "Left me something so I won't be alone." His smile falls as tears prickle his sockets, wings drooping as his voice grows soft. "Did you plan this?"
Someone moves behind him, calling his name softly. The Angel falls to his knees in front of the other two. His wings wrap around his torso protectively. A hand rests on his shoulder, rubbing it gently as he cries. The two stay still, not emoting are helping the Angel on the snow.
"You knew my magic is prone to create others' desires." A sniffle and a wet chuckle. He bites his lip as he looks away. "I don't want to remember this." His confession confuses his companion. "But I don't want to forget this one forever." He collects himself, staring at his hands and the precious gift he holds in them. "I'll treasure them, until the end of this story." He looks back at the two standing there, watching him. "Thank you."
A long blue scarf wraps around the Angel. "Come on, Ink. Let's go home. Cross and the others will be worried if we stay in the cold too long."
Ink looks up at Sw-... Blue. He sobs at the expression on his face before nodding and getting up. He curls into Blue's arms as Blue carries him away from the two standing still and watching with no emotions. Ink looks over Blue's shoulder with blurred vision. He could almost see the ghosts of his loves standing over their graves waving at him and sadly smiling. He sighs before looking away, finding warmth in his Swa-Blue's embrace.
The war that took my light
Chapter 4: Memory lane, yikes
Sans and Flowey make their way through the ruins, chatting along the way. They laugh over their past mistakes and fails at trying to be cool. The many stupid things they did because of pride and ego. The other stupid things that they thought would just work out.
“Do you remember how you introduced yourself to Grillby when the two of you met officially?” Flowey burst into laughter. Sans blushes a bright orange as he brings a hand to cover his face.
“ugh. don’t remind me! that was horrid! worse than when I first saw him and ran into him… and tore his clothes.” Flowey just laughs harder.
~~~~~~~~~
“L-Leo! This is a royal ball! Be serious!” Sans looks over to Asriel. He stops making fun of their dancing and frowns.
“Oh Come On Azzy! You Know That No Matter What, They’re Only Stuck Up. other than Asgore, none of them are even good-looking. then again, Gemini has the king wrapped around his phalanges… this was a complete waste of time.” Gaster comes up from behind them as Sans examines his fingertips as if he was looking at his nails.
“Don’t Be That Way, Leo. Have A Look Around! Maybe You’ll Find Someone Here. Or That 'Hot Guy' You Ran Into A Few Days Ago.” Sans scoffs and walks away as his cheekbones glow faintly. Asriel follows him, dancing to the music they have been playing. Leo laughs at Asriel before looking around. He gasps as he stares at someone.
"Oh, my stars! AZZY! Look!" He grabs Asriel by the shoulders before turning him to see a man, made of fire, walking around close to them. He blushes. "It's him! Stars he's hot. You think he'd dance with me?" Asriel side eyes him.
"Dude. You don't even know him. I mean, yes you ran into him, but you don't know him." Sans doesn't hear Asriel as he straightens out his formal robes. He makes sure that his title crown is on the right way as he gives a twirl for Asriel. Asriel rolls his eyes. “You look fine. Why are you acting like this?”
“Dude! He’s a Sun! look at his robes, he's wearing high-ranking robes, but the patch on his chest says he's a Sun! ” Sans makes sure that his sandals are tied before giggling and Asriel looks at him weird before Sans looks back at him. “Dude, my element is FIRE! and the stars i tend to look for as a partner are suns. like that other guy you saw me drool over?”
“Oh yeah. What happened to him?” Sans gives him a look before making a gesture of a small brain and shakes his head before Asriel snorts and shakes his head. “Okay then.” Sans gives one more twirl. “You look good. You’ll be fine.”
“okay. okay. Oh stars, he’s just so hot!” Sans grits his teeth as he fans his face. He looks away and grabs Asriel. “Let’s just dance for now! as... i work up the courage to talk to him.” Asriel chuckles before nodding and dancing with him. They dance for a while before Asriel stops.
“Oh, stars. I need to go get a drink. I’ll be back.”
Sans nods and continues to just sway and twirl to the music. He hums along as he continues around the dance floor. His dance is calculated so that the sun will be able to see him the whole time. He smiles at the band and his brothers. Gaster smiles at him with a quirked eyebrow once he notices his younger brother's nerves, and Sans blushes before his eye lights dart to the sun leaning against the wall. He doesn't notice the sun staring at him and smiling fondly. But Gaster does. Gaster nods as his smile changes to a sly one. Papyrus looks at him with a smile as he drinks his sunlight. Asriel comes back and they dance and laugh at each other. Sans opens his eye sockets to see the sun looking at him. He looks around before shyly waving and smiling. The sun’s flames become a dark purple and Sans blushes in return before continuing to dance. He looks at Asriel as he sweats.
“I’m so screwed if he comes over here to talk.”
“What? Why?” Sans gives a tight-lipped smile.
“you know i don’t think before i speak when I’m put on the spot! and he’s smoking! I might just say a bad pick-up line instead of a normal thing! Or worse, a pun! What if he doesn’t like puns?! what’s his sense of humor?” Asriel just rolls his eyes.
“Honestly, Leo. This is the most nervous I have ever seen you. Even more so than the time where I dared you to run through two cities as your lion form before jumping off a cliff into the lava in the Hotlands! Even though that is where you both first met. You’ll be fine.” Sans nods and Asriel starts to walk away. “Now, go meet that flame of yours!”
Sans lets out a squeak as he blushes, even more, he turns around. He notices Gaster over by the sun and that he's talking to him. He frowns softly before Gaster starts to lead him over to him. He looks around before Gaster smiles and winks at him.
“And This Is My Younger Brother, Leo.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Leo.” The sun smiles down at him and Sans’s brain stops working for a moment. And Gaster gets a knowing look as the sun looks at him in confusion and worry.
“a-are you a campfire?” The sun looks taken back.
“N-no-”
“‘cause you’re hot and I want s’ more.” Gaster smiles and leaves as the sun blushes. Sans is about to apologize before hearing the sun laugh. He blushes even more.
“O-oh! That was a good one!” Sans smiles and giggles in embarrassment. In the background, he can hear his brothers and his friend laugh at him.
~~~~~~~~~
“I still can’t believe that was the first thing you said to him officially. It was just… Beautiful.” Sans groans as he blushes. Flowey continues to laugh. “Not only that but the fact that the music died down right before you said that was wonderful!”
“Yeah, yeah. laugh it up. it was pretty funny.”
“Not as funny as what you said later that night!” Flowey lets out a louder laugh as Sans blushes even more.
~~~~~~~~~
Sans and the sun, now known as Grillby, have been talking alone in the berry garden while Asriel watches from around the hallway. When Grillby leans a bit too close to Sans and his brain shuts down again.
“Which is easier?” This gets a confused look from Grillby, “you getting into those tight-fitting pants?" He gestures to the black tight pants under Grillby's robes. "or me getting you out of them?” Grillby’s flames change into a dark purple as he stares at Sans, whose skull is bright orange and royal blue.
“W-well, did you sit in a pile of sugar? Because you have a sweet ass.” Sans glows even brighter and Grillby chuckles as he bends down and kisses Sans’s cheekbone.
“But I don’t have one? *snerk* nevermind. would you be my penguin?” Grillby blushes.
“You say you’re trash… Can I pick you up then?”
“(you smooth mother fuck-) I thought that happiness starts with an H. Why does mine start with U?”
Grillby stands up as he kisses Sans on the hand again before he gives Sans a slip of paper. “There are 20 letters in the alphabet… right?”
Sans looks up from the paper to Grillby. He barely notices the phone number on it since he's distracted by the growing worry of possibly having to leave this sun as well. “what?”
“Er, sorry. I must have forgotten U R A Q T.” Sans's soul calms down as he realizes that it was only a pick-up line. Then a thought hits him.
“you’re still missing one i think.”
“No, I’ll just give you the D later, on our next date. Farewell, star mate.” He kisses Sans one more time as he walks away. Sans just sits there as a blushing mess before his sleeves catch on fire. Asriel rushes out with laughter as he puts out the flames.
"Leo! C-calm *wheeze* down! These robes aren't fireproof!"
~~~~~~~~~
“Ah, YeS. OnE oF mY fInEsT mOmEnTs.” Leo squeaks out as he laughs. Flowey laughs at his font size changing so fast before spotting Grillby. “ANYways, there he is. Let's go and see Grillby."
The war that took my light
Chapter 3: The Painter’s Dance
Flowey watches as Sans unwraps the food and sets the small plate of pancakes down before setting a small thermos down as well. He stares at the thermos and feels a familiar warmth coming from it.
"What's in there?" Sans smiles at Flowey with a cheeky smile and a small wink, one that Flowey hasn’t seen in a long time. Flowey knows that smile and his curiosity grows even more.
"sunlight."
Flowey's eyes widen almost cartoonishly. "Sunlight?! B-but! It's so expensive! A-And you haven’t made it for so long!" Then he drools a little before quickly wiping at his mouth. "And it tastes so good! How did you get it?! Did you make it?! Who's it for?!"
Sans only chuckles as he finishes and walks back to Flowey. He sits down and pulls out a smaller thermos from his sleeve and offers a sip to Flowey, who eagerly takes a sip and smiles, before drinking some for himself. He hums in delight before handing it back to Sans. Sans smiles and hums as he drinks some more.
"well, that my friend," He points to the one he set down on a rock-like table, "is some that I’ve had for a long time. however, unfortunately right now, i prefer the fresh sunlight no matter how good it gets as it ages." Flowey nods. Sans lays a hand on his robes, “and no. i didn’t make this one since that takes so much magic to purify it and the little one keeps taking my magic so i just need to keep my magic replenished.” Flowey nods again before shrugging.
"Eh. I've always liked the fresher sunlight." Sans chuckles and nods.
"yep. that's true, you always have, and i guess the kid does as well. mainly, the kid is the one who wants it more than me." Flowey nods with a soft understanding hum. “you always liked your sunlight from the berry garden, with roses and marigolds. as long as it has marigolds, you love it.” Sans chuckles as Flowey looks Sans dead in the sockets.
"You never told me why you put food here." Sans nods.
"right. alright, this is why…
around maybe… i want to say six human years ago. i was wondering the ruins just for fun. to see if there was a room i hadn't seen before."
"Hey, where was I?" Flowey pours and Sans shushes him.
"you were somewhere, I’m not sure where… maybe you were looking around or playing with Sirius. Anyways, as i was saying, i was looking for a room i hadn't seen before. so i walked around and found this small room. i looked around and found the view was gorgeous! You could see so much of our small, hurt, yet healing kingdom. it was so quiet as well, so i walked into this place. there was starlight, from the top just like now. do you see it? just like that, but at the same time, it was brighter. so, after finding this room, I kept it to myself at first. only coming to think or watch the kingdom by myself since I still hadn’t told anyone yet at that point. I would also eat here just when i needed time alone.”
“Is that just your way of saying you were lonely?”
“shut up. i’m telling a story right now. So one day, I went there to eat and draw. it was a beautiful day. so i was eating and drawing before my small jar of ink had spilled. i didn’t want to leave the ink there to stain the flowers, so i left to go and find something to clean it up. when I came back, the puddle had started to bubble. it startled me, and then a figure emerged from the ink. it was a skeleton, like me… i think. they took their form with different-looking clothes and shouted out.”
“‘Hello there! My name is Ink! And I have- huh?’ they look around in confusion, before stopping to look at the view. they let out a whistle as they stare out at the view. ‘Wow, so this is the new Au, but who called me?’ i didn’t know what to do, so i stayed hidden behind the pillar. that one, over there. they looked around and saw the strawberries i had brought with me from the garden. they took them and started eating them, even though i can be confident, i didn’t want to talk so i left as they wrote something on their scarf.” Sans stops for a moment as he rubs a soft circle over his robes. Flowey smiles before looking at Sans and then looking away.
“Can… Can I?” Flowey smiles nervously as Sans looks down at him again.
“Heh, sure buddy. come here.”
Sans moves Flowey’s pot into his lap. Flowey looks hesitantly back between Sans and his stomach before Sans chuckles. Sans slowly takes Flowey’s leaves before leading them to his stomach and letting Flowey gently rub a slow circle on his stomach over his robes. Flowey’s eyes light up in wonder when he feels the softest pulse of magic come in return. Sans smiles softly as he feels the small soul move closer to the leaves.
“they moved down from my soul to my stomach only three days ago.” Flowey gasps as he looks up.
“That means that it's almost time! Holy- how many know?” Sans freezes.
“only my love, Undyne, Alphys, my brothers, and you.” Flowey stops and looks up at Sans in worry.
“Leo. This is serious. If we are truly going to war, you need to tell Asgore. You can’t fight at all, you have a duty to the baby as a carrier. Let someone else take your spot on the front lines.”
Sans tears up in frustration and anger. Pregnancies, babies in general, are rare to come by. Only certain monsters can carry, and even then it's not easy to make sure that the baby stays. Sans is a special case. Flowey sighs as he remembers how Leo would do anything that was said to be rare or impossible. However, those who are carrying or nursing have to be protected. Sans should be in the capital. Not here.
“NO. I won’t. If I do, then Grillby will go and fight in my place. And I can’t lose him. Not only that, but I can handle it. I know my strengths and I can last the war and be okay.” Flowey purses his lips as he watches Sans start to cry before sighing. He’s too prideful, and too sensitive right now for me to talk to.
“Okay. Tell them when you’re ready.” Flowey uses his leaves to wipe Sans’s tears. “Please continue with the story.” Sans nods and holds Flowey’s pot close to him.
“right. right.” Sans takes a soft breath as he starts to pet Flowey’s petals. “okay, so the next day i went back. and there was a painting there. it was a beautiful painting, so i left some money there for it before taking it home. it was a painting of our kingdom. we hung it up in our house, i can’t wait for you to see it. i went the next day and saw a half-finished painting, so this time i brought food with me. I thought about how this skeleton had come and eaten what they found. so maybe they don’t come from this kingdom since i haven’t seen them before. so i made pancakes and some sunlight i made and that had aged as well. i packed it tightly to keep it warm and brought it back. i wasn’t sure how much to bring so i brought maybe 6 pancakes. i didn’t wait that time, and left as soon as i dropped it off.”
Sans smiles with a blush lighting his cheeks. “ the next time i went, there was a finished painting of us. you and me here in the ruins. you can see parts of the ruins right here. so i think the skeleton saw the two of us sitting there as i sang to you and painted us. so that time i left more food and more sunlight as thanks. that painting is in my room, i love it. i continued to visit and take the paintings. some of them went to the palace, while others are around the house. then one day, when i went to go visit, there wasn’t anything there yet. so i left the food and decided to wait. i was curious about this other skeleton and wanted to see more. so i sat there and waited.”
“i waited until i saw a puddle of ink grow and take the form of that skeleton again. this time they brought more canvases. they set up three at first and i had thought that they were going to paint them all over time until they started to talk. i had gripped my spear tightly since i thought they were talking to me, but they were talking to themself. ‘Let’s see what this creator has planned for this timeline!’ i still don’t know what they were talking about. what timeline? what’s a creator? but before i could ask, their form became more… drippy like it was liquid before they grabbed three paintbrushes in each hand. one in between each phalange. then... they began to dance.”
“Dance?” Sans nods and Flowey puzzles over it before motioning Sans to continue.
“t hey started slowly by twirling but then they started to jump. they then started to spin on one foot, they went faster and faster as their body started to pull away from them, and started to spin around them like a whirlpool. it was beautiful to watch, the black liquid changed into different colors and then they slowed down and started to spin slowly. so slowly, and moved their arms in a way that made a strange symbol before slowly making their way over to the first canvas. they pressed a hand to it before going to the second one and then the third one. nothing happened at first, but then the liquid swarmed the canvases. they made three paintings, one was of a figure holding another, another was of a figure standing in front of an army, and the last one was just… fire.” Sans stops and starts to pet Flowey again.
“ whatever it was, they didn’t like it. they started to panic before talking again. ‘This can’t be it. No-no-no. I can change it and protect it. I… I can change the track it’s on.’ that’s what they said before grabbing the other three and doing the same dance again. this time the paintings changed and they smiled before leaving with the first three paintings and the food. i didn’t know what to do after they left so i left, but when i came back, the paintings were gone. so i only left the food there and left; i felt like i saw something i wasn’t supposed to. but i still keep coming and giving food and taking the paintings as well. that’s all until now.”
“Weird and creepy.” Flowey shutters before Sans nods. “Let’s get going then. I don’t want to be here anymore. Also, I want to see Sirius and how much he’s grown. Not to mention I need to threaten- I mean chat with your star. I have a few questions and words I need to say.” Sans chuckles before nodding.
“Alright then, let’s go.”

Some short stories!
Sibling movie night moments
Cross and Ink often have movie nights to bond with each other. Sometimes other AUs join in. Some of the Moons joined after the truce as well. A small headcanon of mine is that when Ink was "younger" (just a few months out of his AU and as a creator) he was curious about what the other creators would do when they weren't near any of the multiverse trees. One had explained there were many different trees that they visit. He asked to see them, they told him no, but gave him the ability to watch them if he wanted, like Error watching Undernovela. However, what Ink learned was there more multiverse than just Undertale's. (Read, he sometimes watches different fandoms and their AUs like a show.) So when he made a house in the Doodle Sphere, he made different discs for different fandoms. Cross thought they were movies and shows so that's what they bond over.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Ink! InK! INK!" Cross comes running over to the couch. He kicks his shoes off and throws off his scarf and jacket before throwing himself over the couch. Ink stares at him as he pops popcorn. "It's time!" He grins wildly as he gesticulates wildly. "It's movie night!" Ink chuckles as he stares at Cross. He quickly looks away to fill the bowl with fresh buttered popcorn before shaking some salt into it.
"Cross. Do you really have to do this every time? Just a few days ago you threw poor Dust at the floor instead of the couch." Ink walks over to place down the popcorn before walking back into the kitchen for soda and candy. "Don't forget the time Killer broke his arm because he tried to copy you. Or the time you ended up kicking Blue in the face and broke his nose ridge." Cross scoffs as he looks back at the screen. He crosses his arms before turning on the TV. As he sets up the TV he shakes his skull.
"Nope. Not me!" Ink chuckles as he sets down the two drinks before mixing in half the bag of m&m's into the popcorn. Cross reaches for the chocolate bar. "Alright, what are we watching tonight?"
*Dream SMP (GhostDream AU)*
"Nooooo! Poor Fundy!" Ink cries as he watches Fundy sadly smile at the ghost hovering in front of him. He sniffles as he stuffs his mouth with more popcorn. His tears flow down his cheekbones as he sniffles.
"Come on, cheer up Ink. They're going to start over. It's going to be okay." Cross hugs Ink close before taking his own handful of popcorn. He's also crying, but if anyone asks he was not.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Time skip~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"What?! They can't end the episode on that note! What the fuck?!" Cross pouts as Ink takes out the disc. He looks back at Ink. "Write down the title of this one! I wanna continue wherever there's an update." Ink sniffles and nods.
"Yeah. This was good." Ink grabs his scarf and with a thin paintbrush, he writes Monophobia. "Let's go get something to eat. I'm hungry and it's going to be 11 a.m. in ten minutes." They haven't moved since the night before, they decided to binge the AU until they caught up.
"Fine... Can we have some tacos?" Ink chuckles as he nods. He grabs his portal scissors out of his bowl by the door before Cross follows him out to another AU for food. Cross can't stand portals from Broomie, not many AUs can. So, Ink is forced to use his portal scissors instead. He has to wait for Cross to at least get his shoes back on.
*DSMP (Different AU)*
"Ink, wake up please." Ink shoots up from his bed, on his feet in seconds before turning to Dream.
"Huh? What's going on?" Dream grabs Ink's hand and guides him down the hall to Cross's room. "Crossy?"
"He's had a bad dream. I think it was because of what you two watched yesterday."
Cross hides his face in his knees as he rocks himself back and forth. He was fine when they watched it, but the questions and thoughts came to his mind afterward. They turned his dream into something he wished to never happen. His dream mocked him, wavered his confidence, and crushed what he thought he knew. Suddenly he feels a hand on his skull and he looks up to see Ink softly petting his skull like he's done many times in the past.
"Heya there." Cross moves to hug Ink and Ink nods to Dream, letting him know that he can comfort Cross. Dream smiles before walking back to his room. "It's okay, Crossy. I've got you. It was just a dream. Alight?"
Cross slowly nods as Ink moves them back under the covers and holds Cross's skull to his rib cage. Where there was once silence, there's now a steady pulse. Cross focuses on the soul beat of his brother as he calms down. Ink waits as he gently strokes Cross's skull, he knows that Cross can't speak properly when he's this worked up. He softly hums to him before Cross tugs on his sleeve. Ink looks down at him to see Cross's puppy eyes and he melts a little.
"Ph-Phliza's song?" Ink smiles as he nods.
"Alright then."
Ink closes his sockets as he pulls Cross closer. He takes a deep breath in before singing Dawn of the 16th. He watches as Cross slowly drifts off to sleep before humming the rest of the song and falling asleep himself.
*Demon Slayer*
"Ink. I need to learn how to fight like this."
"Wh-"
"Imagine how quickly I could whip people if I learned breathing techniques!"
"Cross, that's not how it-"
"I wonder what would work with me... Water? Fire? Sun?" Cross starts to murmur about the different breaths he wants to learn as Ink rolls his eye lights and looks back at the screen.
"As long as you don't tape earings to your skull again." Ink takes a bite of his peppermint bark before smiling at the cute anime chibi forms of Tanjiro and Nezuko. "Cute!"
*Demon Slayer (Swap AU)*
"How do both of them look so cute like that?! I mean seriously!" Ink arches an eyebrow ridge at Cross.
"That's their creator's choice." Ink smirks as he watches his brother pout.
"I know that! But, how come I can't look that cute?!" Ink snorts before laughing.
"That's not what they wanted for X-tale! If they wanted you to be cuter than you are (sometimes), then they would've done so." Ink takes a sip of his cola. "Just like if they wanted me taller, they would've given me the damn extra height." He grumbles as he stares at the difference in lengths of his and Cross's legs.
"That's true, I guess. But that doesn't mean I like it." Ink sighs.
"You and me both."
*Avatar the Last Airbender*
Ink sobs into Dream's hoodie as they watch Uncle Iroh sing to his son's grave. The song is barely loud enough to be heard from the TV over Ink and Dream's sobs. Cross sniffles as he shovels more popcorn into his mouth so he doesn't sob or wail. His tears fall into the popcorn bowl as he eats it. Dream clings onto Ink, slightly curling around the smaller as he sobs as well.
"W-Why did *Hic* h-he ha-ha *sniff* have to d-die?!"
Dream tries to wipe his tears but fails to do so as he watches Iroh cry during the song. Ink sobs in return shaking his skull, he can't understand it either. Cross doesn't speak as he watches the scene come to an end. Needless to say, they had to stop for the night after that episode. Ink learned the lyrics to the song as well. which makes Cross and Dream cry every time they hear it, but in the right moments, it can calm them.
Cross and Ink promised not to watch it without Dream.
*The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (The third movie)*
Outer and Blue scream at the way the little boy contorted on the table during his exorcism. Lust just stares with wide sockets, unmoving but terrified.
"Oh, HELL NO! His spine would SNAP if he did that!"
"Ah! Ah!" Outer squeezes his sockets closed as he covers his skull with a blanket. "The bone-crunching sounds!"
"Blue! Ah!"
Dream jumps with a squeal of fright at the jumpscare before hiding his face in Blue's shirt. Blue holds onto Dream like a lifeline as he shakes. They all turn when they hear a loud empty sip from Cross. Cross stares blankly at the screen as he takes another sip of his empty cup before realizing he's out of soda. He sighs before leaving to get more from the kitchen. Ink takes his hand out of the popcorn, wiping it against his pants before facepalming.
"Are you serious?! Never do that! That how you fucking get possessed!" Ink groans as he stares at the screen. He turns to face Cross, who hands him another cup of soda as well. "Oh! Thank you." He takes another sip before sighing. "You see this shit, Cross?" He gestures to the screen before turning back to Cross. "This is why I don't let you go to paranormal AUs. You'd do something this stupid."
Cross studies the screen before gasping in offense. "How dare you!" He presses his hand against his rib cage with indignance. "I would never willingly let a spirit into my body. I already had one, lord knows that was a horrid experience." Ink huffs before taking another handful of popcorn. He watches for another fifteen minutes before tapping Cross.
"Bet you 15 G that he dies before the end of the movie." Cross nods.
"Bet."
The others stare at the two in confusion. How aren't they scared?! Sure the brothers watch anime and other shows or movies, but this was absolutely terrifying.
"H-how aren't y-you t-t-two scared?" Ink turns to Lust.
"Eh. This is okay. Doesn't bet The Heritage." Cross nods.
"Yeah, that shit was fucking traumatizing. I ain't going near another piano ever again." Cross shutters before letting out a whine. "Oh come on!" He hands Ink 15 G before pouting and taking a bite of his chocolate.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Time Skip~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I don't think I can sleep tonight." Outer barely nods his head in agreement before holding onto Lust tighter.
"Blue passed out a while ago from fear." Ink smiles softly as he takes a picture. He gets up and stretches before yawning.
"Alright, let's get to bed. We can clean this tomorrow. Alright?" No one really moves, a minute goes by before they nod. "Good. Well, goodnight then." Ink waves to them as he travels up the stairs and towards his room.
Bonus:
"Crossy~"
Cross groans as he rubs his socket. He blinks slowly as his vision clears. He looks towards the door, expecting to see Ink standing there, but no one was there. He frowns.
"C r o s s y~"
He opens his eyes again. He looks back at his door, not bothering to sit up in his bed. He frowns as he doesn't see Ink again. He sighs as he looks around his room, but no one was there. He sighs before staring straight up at the ceiling before his sockets widen. He notices something crawling on his ceiling, much bigger than a spider. He doesn't move in fear before hearing its neck crack and snap as it turns its head to stare directly at Cross. So Cross does the only thing he can do at that moment.
He screams.
The war that took my light
Chapter 2: Hey there, friend
"Alright then, shall we look around and explore?" Sans nods and Papyrus follows them.
They looked around for what had felt like hours, it was fun. They played around with some of the other monsters. Sans impressed some with his fire bone attack and with his skill to pick up social Q's. Grillby talked to some other monsters and found the spider bake sale. He saw the prices and had ranted to Sans about them once he found Sans, and Sans laughed. Papyrus made friends with different monsters and had run off to play with them. Sans smiles as he walks off to a small patch of grass and flowers. He takes the spear off of his hip and lets it fall into his lap. He hums a soft wordless tune as he picks certain flowers to make a flower crown. A soft few notes linger as Sans stops for a moment before slowly changing the tune from a random tune to his .
Grillby watches him for a few minutes before walking off to talk to others. Sans continues to hum his tune until he sees a certain flower come closer. He finishes his flower crown before putting it on himself with a smile. Sans quickly picks a few more flowers and starts to weave them slowly as he finishes his tune. He quietly sets the woven flowers down on the grass before looking at his friend. He smiles down at the flower and hums a few bars of his tune before stopping.
"heya. i haven't seen you in a while. i missed you." Sans pats Flowey on the head and Flowey rolls his eyes sarcastically.
"Well, you haven't been here for a while. Where were you? I got lonely since you stopped coming to play or even play your guitar." Flowey wilts just a little and Sans sighs softly. Sans tilts his head up and smiles softly before looking back down at Flowey. He knew he forgot something at home.
"I’m sorry about that bud. but I’ve been… busy." Flowey looks back up at Sans with a mix of anger and confusion.
"Busy? Busy with what? You left me alone for so long and I was worried that something bad had happened-" Flowey's eyes widened as he sees the new patch sewn on Sans's robes. "Oh. My. Stars. Is that?"
Sans chuckles softly as he runs a hand over the patch with a loving smile. His soul lets out a soft warm feeling that eases into his body. "yep. i'm gonna get married soon. to my star." Sans blushes a light orange and a deep blue.
"To Grillby?" Sans nods with the soft orange blush growing and Flowey lets out a whoop and smiles widely at Sans. "Oh, man! I can't believe it! I called it so long ago! Leo is finally getting married to his Sun! It was a match made by Asgore! Or even fate!" He calms down before giving a sad smile. "I wish I could go too. Dude, I would love to be at your wedding. This is something I've been waiting to see since we met Grillby."
Sans doesn't say anything at first. He just pats Flowey on the head before placing the freshly made, small flower crown on Flowey's head. Then he smiles. "who said you weren't going?" Flowey looks up at Sans in confusion.
"But… I can't leave this place. You know this. Leo, what are you thinking… You can't have your wedding here! It’s not the right place! Have your wedding in the beautiful castle as you planned." Sans stands up and moves his spear away before pulling out a not-too-small pot from inside his robes, making sure to keep the packaged food in his robes. He turns back to Flowey.
"what if now, you can go to my wedding and outside the ruins? Asriel, you've been one of my closest friends for as long as i can remember. back during the first war, you found us and helped us before all of that human shit turned you into a flower. please, come with us. I want you to be the best man at the wedding." Flowey's leaves cover his mouth and he tears up. He nods his head.
"Yes. Thank you. Yes. I want to go with you!" Sans smiles softly.
"ok, then let's go." Sans softly digs around Flowey and pulls him out and places him into the pot. Flowey wipes his tears as Sans turns the pot around to face Flowey.
"Leo… Thank you." Sans just smiles and holds the pot close to him as he straps his spear to his back. Flowey leans forward and hugs Sans before noticing something as Sans softly rubs Flowey’s head and top petals. "Huh? Is that…" He looks up at Sans, who only smiles patiently at him. Flowey looks back at Sans' stomach and softly gasps at the barely noticeable golden hue from beneath his robes. "No… No way. Really?! You're, you're!"
Sans chuckles. "yep. we've got a baby, a cub, coming on the way." Sans rests a hand on his stomach and holds Flowey with his other hand. "and i was wondering if you wanted to also be one of the god monsters?" Flowey uses his leaves to cover his mouth as he nods.
"Yes! Yes!" Flowey leans into Sans's side and Sans chuckles.
"Alrighty then, let's go find Grillby and Sirius." Sans stops for a moment. "actually, let's make a small pit stop first." Flowey looks at Sans in confusion before Sans winks at him.
Sans holds Flowey with two hands as he starts to walk. He looks around now and then, talking with Flowey about what has been happening outside of the ruins. Sans tells Flowey about the threat of war coming soon, and Flowey tells him about the one or two other monsters that came here to start the war, he was able to kill. Sans thanks Flowey, and tells him that he doesn't have to anymore. Flowey agrees that with the powerhouse that is Leo, the other kingdom should surrender. Sans doesn’t agree since he doesn’t have the heart to truly hurt someone. Sans and Flowey keep talking until they pass the spider bake sale, where Sans gets them both a donut. As they munch and walk around, Sans walks into a small section of the ruins where space, the kingdom, and the rest of the ruins could be seen. Flowey turns to Sans.
"Leo, where are we? I don't recognize this place." Sans smiles as he slowly lowers the two of them onto the soft grass in the center of the room. He looks around at the scenery before pulling out the packaged food. Flowey stares at it in confusion.
"well, i guess it's time for a story. lemme tell you about this area."
The war that took my light
Chapter 1: A trip to the ruins
Sans hums a soft tone as he puts his boots on. He grabs his spear and stands up from his chair. He makes sure that the small pot he has is secured safely in his robes and in the pot he makes sure that the small plate of pancakes and sunlight are tightly wrapped. He smiles at Papyrus and Grillby as they get ready as well.
He puts a hand over his robes and waits for them to come to the door. Grillby walks over and kisses Sans on his forehead and holds him close. They wait for Papyrus to finish up as Sans soaks in more heat from his star and eats the small flame that Grillby had just made. Grillby's flames always restore his magic and taste good. Like a nice hot chocolate on a cold day. He could never grow tired of eating Grillby's delicious sunlight.
"Are you ready, Sirius?"
"YEP! LET'S GO! IT WILL BE FUN AND EXCITING AND GREAT!" Sans nods as he opens the door.
"yes it will, but please remember to stay close to me, alright? Dings had a feeling about today, and he usually isn't wrong."
Papyrus nods and starts to walk ahead as Grillby takes Sans's hand and they walk as well. Sans grips his spear tightly as he looks around. It's almost empty here, most monsters were evacuated to the capital to learn how to use healing magic, and the ones who are still here are ready to fight. Grillby squeezes Sans's hand to reassure him.
Sans looks at Grillby and nods before gripping his spear a little tighter. He nervously hums a song before Grillby starts to tell jokes. Sans smiles, he loves being told jokes. Grillby walks with their umbrella as they make their way quickly through Waterfall. Sans smiles up at Grillby as he holds him close to keep the baby warm enough. Grillby continues to tell Sans jokes and puns. He chuckles and laughs until they reach the door.
"BROTHER, HOW DO WE GET IN?"
"Leave that to me, okay?"
Sans moves closer to Papyrus and moves Papyrus's hand to his shoulder before short-cutting inside. He chose not to use his true shortcut since it wouldn't work here. Grillby and Papyrus look around the wide cave. Papyrus marvels at the flowers and pillars surrounding them. The crumbling walls show the history that it's been through.
"Woah, this place is..."
"beautiful?" Grillby looks back at Sans in confusion. Sans sighs with a relaxed smile.
"How did you...?"
Sans chuckles as he walks over to a pillar. He puts his spear in the small hoop on his hip as he walks. "i've been in here before. this is one of my favorite places to think." Sans runs his hand down one of the pillars. "I've also met friends here, although I dunno where they went. there was this one monster that was...interesting." He turns to Grillby. "those friends were the ones that told me to confess, and that led us here. however, that was a long time ago." He looks down and his face is covered by shadows.
Grillby smiles before going over to Sans and holding him close. Papyrus joins in on the hug and they stay like that for a moment. Sans smiles and a small flower stares at them for a moment before smiling and disappearing.
He's finally back.
The war that took my light
Leo’s backstory. I hope you enjoy!
Prologue:
Sans sighs softly as he naps in the warm arms of his star. He nuzzles closer as he hears a light chuckle above him. Grillby smiles down at him and holds him closer. He doesn't mind, more heat for him to bathe in, more to love. Sans softly yawns before lifting his head to look up at Grillby. He smiles and leans his skull into the warm hand that's on his cheek. Grillby gently rubs the Leo mark on Sans's cheek with his fire. He rests his forehead against Sans's as they stare into each other's eyes. Sans's star-shaped eye-lights focus on Grillby's bright, warm, loving, orange eyes. He gently croons to Grillby and Grillby responds with a smile.
"good morning, Love."
"Good morning, Leo."
Sans chuckles softly, he loves it when he hears his real name from Grillby. He doesn't like hearing 'Castor' all the time. He likes the occasional calling of his font name. He doesn't mind, but still, Grillby somehow makes his name sound... Special. Sans pecks Grillby on the cheek as he sits up. He stretches before getting out of bed. He makes his way to the closet and grabs his robes. He smiles as he feels the heat from them before running his thumb over the embroidered patch of their kingdom. Right under it is his favorite embroidered mark. He smiles softly at the mark, soon. So soon he'll be complete. With the dreams they wanted so much to come true, he really can't wait. He smiles as pride fills his soul and chest. He turns his head to look at Grillby as his cheekbones glow a soft orange with a tint of deep royal blue at the end.
Grillby joins Sans in getting ready for the day. They both know that they can't wear their normal robes today, today is the day the kingdom holds its breath. Not that it would matter for Sans, Sans hasn't worn his normal robes in a long time. But today is when everyone is on edge. It's the day where the other growing kingdom could attack and start the war. So, they must wear light clothes to be ready. Sans sighs, he's so tired of this. The last war took their parents and if this war does happen, he hopes that he and his brothers will make it. No way would he let Grillby fight. It's too risky. No way is he risking losing his Sun.
"Such a shame, I love these robes. oh well." He puts the red to yellow gradient robes back to grab his yellow tank top. Once that's on, he grabs the orange half-shirt and puts it on over before the red sleeves. Along with the red to yellow to red gradient sash, before putting on his red to blue pants. He sighs before turning to Grillby with a worried smile. He's so nervous, even if he just woke up, he can feel the nervous energy everywhere in the kingdom. "are you sure about this? the last war took most of the zodiacs. it's just Gemini and I left. this war could end us."
"Leo." Sans stops as he feels the two warm hands on his shoulders and he looks up at Grillby. "It's okay. I have a feeling that this isn't going to end badly. Maybe they will be merciful. Perhaps they will spare us, and we will do the same. Okay? Hold onto your hopes for me. Be brave my loyal Leo." Grillby kisses him.
"Okay, my love, okay. for you, my star." Sans smiles a little more before heading to the door. "I'll go and check with my brothers. don't worry, we won't be far. perhaps to the kitchen for some tea and coffee. I'll heat some coffee for you as well. I'll let them know to stay close today." Grillby nods and Sans smiles softly back at him.
With a soft sigh, Sans uses his magic to hide his mark before looking down at his hand with soft pride. He smiles down at it before touching the embroidered mark of Grillby on his robes for everyone to see. So soon, his star and he will be together till the end of time. Even though it's been, how many years in human years? Ah, seven years. He smiles as his bare feet click against the warm tile. As he makes his way down the hallway, he hums a soft tune. He looks out the windows as he walks past it and to the kitchen. He smiles as the smell of pancakes wafts to him.
That's Papyrus then.
The smell of fresh earl grey tea means that Dings is up as well. He smiles. oh Gemini, I just don't understand how you think tea is above coffee. He chuckles softly as he walks into the room with a knock on the doorframe.
"knock knock." Gaster turns his head to Sans with a smile. Papyrus stays focused on the stove instead. "what's shakin' bacon?"
"Ah, Good Morning, Leo. How Are You Today?" Gaster looks Sans up and down as he takes a sip of tea. The tea smelled so fragrant today. Maybe a sip or two, but he still wants his coffee. Coffee is a gift from the gods themselves. He shrugs.
"eh. i could've been better, could have been worse. just... 'm on edge, ya know?" Sans smiles and Papyrus turns around with a bright smile. He holds out a plate of pancakes to Sans.
"AH, GOOD MORNING BROTHER! I MADE MY SPECIAL PANCAKES THIS MORNING!" Sans smiles as he sits down at the table.
"Thanks, Sirius, i'm sure that neither of us could do any batter." Papyrus groans as Gaster and Sans chuckle at the bad pun. Sans stands up to get a small cup of tea and starts the coffee machine. "what? there're so many good puns to cook up in the kitchen." Sans smiles as he places a hand on his robes with another groan from Papyrus.
"Leo?"
"hmm? yeah, Gemini?" Gaster flickers his eye lights from Sans' hand to his eyes. Sans catches the movement and shakes his head as he chuckles.
"BROTHERS? IS EVERYTHING ALRIGHT?" Papyrus turns to Sans with a worried expression. Papyrus' eyes land on his hand and linger for a moment before looking back at Sans's face.
"yeah, pap. I'm okay, I'm just excited. and tired, it feels like my magic reserves are lower than they should be."
"Well then, we'll just have to whisk that." Two warm arms snake around Sans's waist and hold him close to the warm body behind him. He smiles and laughs at the bad pun. Papyrus only groans softly before hearing Sans purr softly.
"Hello, my love." He sinks into the warmth of Grillby as he feels the two hands rest on his stomach heat up with soft flames. He softly groans as the heat fills his magic. "thank you my love, but even just drinking some of your special coffee helps me with my magic. ya know?"
"Oh yes, I know love. But I like this way as well." Sans croons softly as Grillby softly kisses his neck. Papyrus turns away and Gaster rolls his eyes.
"Please Refrain From PDA In Front Of Sirius. Alright, Leo?" Sans rolls his eyes as he wraps his arms around Grillby's neck. Grillby carries him and the coffee back to the table.
"like you're one to talk. i think all of us saw you and asgore yesterday making out in the middle of the kitchen." Gaster flushes a deep purple as he adjusts his glasses.
"W-Well. At Least We're Not Too Loud, Unlike Some People Who Can Usually Be-"
"OKAY! YOU TWO, PLEASE STOP RIGHT NOW! THIS IS EMBARRASSING ME!"
They both turn to Papyrus who is holding his bright orange skull in his hands. Sans chuckles as he turns to watch Grillby. Grillby smiles sympathetically at Papyrus as he grabs the milk and creamer to pour into Sans's coffee. Gaster nods as he goes back to reading his book. Papyrus sighs as he waves his face to cool down. Grillby finishes mixing the coffee before bringing it up to his mouth and softly blowing into it to heat it even more. To the right temperature that Sans likes it and to where it would help his magic fill.
Sans goes back to humming as he mixes his tea with honey. He slowly starts to eat the pancakes and notes that Papyrus had indeed grown with making his pancakes perfectly, just the way Sans and Gaster taught him. He smiles at the memory and continues to eat. Oh, how he would give anything to go back to the days where they weren't being faced with the threat of war. Gaster stands up after wiping his mouth and putting his plate, fork, and cup in the sink.
"Well Then, I'll Be With Asgore For Now."
"you mean your boyfriend?"
"You Know How To Reach Me If Something Happens. Please, Be Careful. I Have A Feeling About Today. Stay Close Together. Don't Leave Without Your Weapons." Sans nods and grabs his spear out of nowhere, and Papyrus summons his two-bone staff. Grillby just nods. "Stay Near Leo, Leo Knows How To Use Both Of His Shortcuts Well Enough To Get To Me If Something Happens." They all nod.
Gaster smiles at them before hugging them tightly. He doesn't want to let them go. He doesn't want this for them, and he has a bad feeling. And his 'feelings' have always been right up to now. He hates these feelings since they come with bad nightmares of this war happening over and over again. He's scared that something could happen in a matter of seconds like it did in nightmares #10, #38, #58, #225, and #249.
He has his youngest brother to look after, and his Leo is in no condition for, nor should be fighting should something happen. His Leo needs to be extra careful right now. This is... This is too much right now, he needs to leave. He needs to cuddle against Asgore right now. Gaster smiles before short-cutting close to Asgore to talk and destress. Sans sighs before continuing to eat. Papyrus sighs as well as he stares at Grillby and Sans.
"BROTHER, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO TELL OUR OTHER FRIENDS? OR ASGORE IF GEMINI HASN'T ALREADY? MOST KNOW ABOUT ONE BUT NOT THE OTHER." Papyrus stares directly into Sans's eye sockets and Sans freezes.
what? why would I tell the others? Sans stops thinking and takes a deep breath in. "i dunno Sirius. soon, soon. mainly so it won't surprise them, but hopefully soon." Papyrus nods as Grillby rests his hand on Sans's shoulder. Sans smiles as he finishes eating and stands up. "so, what should we do today? dunno about you, but if we stay in this house all day, i might go crazy." Grillby thinks for a moment.
"What if we go to Waterfall? And hang out with by the water?" Sans shakes his head as he puts his plate in the sink. He understands that Grillby is strong enough to not get hurt by the water and mostly evaporate it before it comes too close; however, Leo has to stay extremely warm right now.
"sorry love, that's out of bounds."
"Oh right... So maybe Hotlands?" Papyrus shakes his head.
"NO WAY! THEIR METHODS OF GETTING AROUND ARE HORRID!" Sans smiles as he shakes his head.
"Alright, how about this... we go to the door that leads to the ruins and explore the ruins? that sounds good to you two?" Papyrus nods and Grillby nods as well. "ok. so now we have a plan, now let's go."
Sans smiles as they start to get ready for their adventure.
