Zatanna had sensed the pull as the Jump Ship had appeared not to far from Central City, normally she would ignore it if she sensed time travel. But this landing had been messy compared to when she had felt a few weeks prior, messy time landings could cause time breaches and that would not be a g- ood thing. When someone seemed to stumble out of the time ship she spo- ke, not bothering to try and hide her presence.
