We have a lot of fix-it fics for canon and canon divergence fics now does the same thing exists for RPF? Do people write fix-it fics for things that happen in con or irl. I am trying to say something like cockles 2019 JIB 10 straddle gate fix it.

Having some feelings this morning bc I'm texting with my bestie who I have a cockles-esque friendship with and haven't seen much bc of covid and just... They are such friendship/relationship goals?? They just seem so comfortable with each other and idk, it just makes me happy to know that other people have relationships like that.

Also, what eventually tipped me into "hm, I think this may be romantic" is that they are so cat and mouse/coy about it outside of jokes at cons which can feel kind of performative? Also that gif set where Jensen looks absolutely besotted at JIB9(?) hits me like a truck. But yeah without those I'd absolutely read it as close friendship bc of how much they are like me and my own friends. (Tho recently I discovered I have a definition of friendship that is wildly out of the norm and just... None of my friends told me until recently 🥲) - 🍕

i totally agree that whatever they have, it's #goals. i personally think there is plenty that can be seen as romantic/more than platonic when it comes to those two, but i guess it really does depend on your own experiences and view on friendships.
