One of the greatest pleasures in life is doing what people say you cannot do. 🦋 Definitely progress, not perfection. 👇🏼 Side note: I am pretty sure that if anyone saw me trying to practice straddle splits while FACING the wall, INCHING myself UPSIDE DOWN, they would think something was very wrong with me because by the look of that..... in conjunction with the darkness of the room, the hotness of the room and the sweat; one might think of that “Mama - 2013” movie where the possessed spider/person mama is crawling on all fours backward very fast.
