Taking us to a deserted town where they come upon a conviently placed piece of evidence, in a cell phone that hasn't died out. I'd like to switch to that carrier. Just when it looks like Eph could do a backslide to his doggish ways, he stays the course of being a man of substance. Did I really just write that. *sigh* Over yonder in N. Dakota the pursuit of the elusive silo continues. Fet and Quinlan are looking ragged with Quinlan receiving blood donations to keep him going. The crew is weary and about to give up the quest.....a quick witted lie from Charrole turns things around. Now as much as I've enjoyed the charchters back stories, I felt this one on Quinlan's victorian days was out of place, what the hell I'm in for the ride let's see where this goes. Dutch finds herself in another compromising position with Eichort. For all his pretense of being civil while he drinks babies blood *shutter* Dutch won't sell herself to the devil with his baited promises. ...oops she does end up snithching Setraikin out by mistake, to Eichort's delight he quickly seeks him out. Poor Setraikin to be in the clutches of his adversary. It can't end this way. Eph and Alex have a moment of lavity gazing at the ceiling stars in a place their held up in for the night. It's times like these that make me like Eph. Solace disrupted by the one single person who escaped New Horizon. Eph has always been lucky with "breadcrumb"…... Eichort's pleasure at taunting Setraikin shows the cunning evil of this charchter. Dutch is taken the to be drained with a group that is passively waiting to have their heads shaved no questions asked WTH. Dutch ain't going down without a fight , she insights the group with dropping the reality of what's about to happen. Bam let the mayhem reign down allowing Dutch to escape to find Setraikin. She arms herself with a trick I'm sure she picked up from Fet. With a looming Eichort's, his arrogance gets the best of him as Dutch turns him into a flamming Nazi. #strainaddicts #strainaddictrecap Part1

@strainaddicts "The Blood Tax" Gives us a glimpse of what the "new normal" is as a family sits around their kitchen table watching a sitcom as they munch down Partnership bars like It's everyday life. While behind the scenes we see the frightening harvesting of how blood is being stored. Welcome back Gus who is still a renegade partnering with Creem in trade.This is where we catchup with Setrakian and Dutch making a trade for medication, hoping Gus will join their fight. I got the feeling losing Angel has Gus hanging back from the frontlines. Setrakian and Dutch still protecting the Lumen as a group of strogi raid their place almost setting the book on fire.Dutch embraces her inner slaying abilities with strgoi nipping at her heels and hides the Lumen just before getting snatched up by the strgoi herd who have also captured Setrakian. Their taken to a Partnership facility where Setrakian is hauled off to a medical screening area. And Dutch is put through some bizarre feeler ritual of sniffing out who will make good breeders. Gus and his crew make a move to raid the Partnership for real food, using his cousins as access. All is going smooth till a guard catches them and someone gets itchy trigger finger and starts busting caps. The guard triggers an alarm, mayhem breaks out with no casualties. Back at breederville Dutch has a plan to escape by muliptating one of the workers till a scence breaks out amongst the women when one goes missing. This draws the attention of Sanjay who has been given charge by the Master to sheppard the baby vessels. He offers Dutch a comprising position to assist him in keeping the women in line. I thought for sure she'd jump at it and try to play him, but she declines his offer. Eph bands in with Alex and her group helping them flee an attack with his knowledge of the strogi harvesting memories. A meeting of the minds has them realize they have to go BIG in taking out strogi. Trying to help out one of her conception sisters jeopardizes Dutch' s escape plan trying to smuggle her out only to have her freak out creating panic drawing a guard's attention. @strainaddicts #thestrain "The Worm Turns" The final battle and season begins with our crusaders being cast apart into a strgoi run environment. Eph is surviving in Philly trying not to become strgoi cattle for The Partnership: Give them your blood in return for "freedom" or join the resistance..... We find Fet in way out N.Dakota with the awesome addition of #RhonaMira aiding Fet on a tracking down a missel silo. With a knife to Fet' s neck his badgering his gone left real quick but fear not SHAZAM (yes I said shazam🤣) Quinlan has Fet's back with quicksilver slicing of his sword, dispensing of the redknecks. ■For what purpose did we need to see brat Zack kill a lion, they already boldly established his has no sense of value for human life with him pushing the button in a tantrum. ■Brilliant The Master sucking Zack further into his snare with the vision of his mom to lull him into submission Eph using his science now for the greater good of his survival to trade for goodes finds himself almost blown up by resistance fighters only to source out his skill set. Say what you will about Eph he knows what it takes to survive. We go on a mindwalk with Fet where he encounters Setrakian feeding the pages of The Lumen to the fire and turning into a strgoi 😲 This is all ominous to how it could all come to an end if Fet and Quinlan fail. There's is a fly in the ointment , Fet is taken by a group of women (nope it's not that kind of party 😉) fighting for their own cause. You know it's only a matter of time before Quinlan shows up to do some slaying......... While we wait let's get acquainted with the only other male capture who just so happens to be from, wait for IT......A missel silo 🤤 bet you didn't see that coming.
