I finally finished getting the tree decorated. I think it came out beautiful. I would have done it sooner but I have been in severe pain from all my my subluxations. It seems it likes to increase around the holiday time. How convenient....😢. What gave me the strength to do this today was my physical therapy appointment I had yesterday. The strain-counterstrain technique they use in conjunction with other pain management systems seems to help make it were I’m not bed ridden every day, just some days. AC 2 : Antérieure Cervicale 2 Localisation du point : Face antérieure du sommet de l’apophyse transverse de C2. En descendant de l’angle de la mandibule. Pression postéro-médiale. Il faut passer sous le SCM, le pousser vers l’avant et revenir sur le tubercule. Apprendre les points Jones : LC 1: Latérale Cervicale 1 (occiput/atlas) Localisation : On le trouve en appréciant par la palpation la position de la transverse de C1. Le processus mastoïdien et l’apophyse transverse de C1 sont plus proches l’un de l’autre du côté à traiter. La tension douloureuse est perçue au sommet de la transverse. Entre la mastoïde et la mandibule, demander au patient une protraction de la mandibule.
