Our buzz has officially started! Much of the site is already finished so I don’t expect this to be a long buzz before we open our doors to welcome everyone in.
This has been a project in the works for many years, at the moment we are a one woman show but I will be looking to expand the team after opening day.
SLM is going to be a very character & story focused place. It’s not somewhere that takes itself too seriously, we encourage you to get silly with your threads, go on epic adventures and interact with all kinds of characters.
We work a little differently in order to achieve this! We’ll go more in depth later on in the buzz but to give you an idea:
We have no discord! We’re bringing in a bit of an old school vibe with this one. The absence of a discord is one we hope will bring the focus and spontaneity into our writing and take some pressure off of having to be active OOC in order to get threads. This doesn’t mean we don’t want to get to know our players! We have OOC boards along with a toggleable cbox.
All of our threads are considered open here, all characters are welcome & encouraged to interact with each other. This includes staff NPC accounts that may lead your characters on adventures or interject chaos.
There’s more but we will save that for our how it works post to give you the full run down of what your time at SLM might look like.
The previews will be coming in full force this week and the ask box is open for any questions you might have. I can’t wait to get started & start roleplaying with you all!
