sometimes i do my own happy work in between or during bigger jobs, just to keep myself happy and/or sane. this is one of them.
loads of faces of the many contributors from the Facts Youtube Channel, which I adore and brings me much joy - there’s a lot more faces I’d like to draw, but deadlines for work will start looming soon and I’ve got to give my attention to several other projects at hand. Hopefully someday soon I’ll pick this little illustration series up again because, such good faces? such great expressions? thanks chaps, for making us all laugh.

and this was my warm up drawing today prior to the life drawing session beginning! my early birthday present to myself came today, and it is a hat in all forms of perfection. it makes me feel punchy and authoritative.
EDIT: i’ve now been told that i was ALREADY punchy and authoritative. who knew.
trying to get back to making it back down to my alma mater every Friday for Open Digital Life Drawing, ya’ll. this is the busiest season of the year for orders, but i enjoy it so much! gotta make that time. here’s a few of my favorite gestures from today’s session. sometimes with life-drawing, i like to go more cartoony, sometimes not. and sometimes it’s a mix. but i’ll always mess with hairdos >:3
