Yes yoga is my “go too” and foundation of physical fitness, that’s why I like the flexibility (excuse the pun) of Vinyasa Flow and incorporating other modalities like Yin , Myofascial Release and Deep Stretch. What originally started out as a mission to help my husband loose the 25lbs he gained since we got married almost 4 years ago, has now turned into part of my own daily regimen. When I started I was fresh out of total hip replacement surgery and Nate was completely sedentary and well outta shape! We started with walking 2 miles and 60 minutes of yoga everyday... now 2 months later and a 27 lbs lighter husband, we are walking 6 miles or biking 12miles along with 1 hour of yoga everyday! (not to mention my regular teaching schedule on @zoom_video_communications ) ...
