HI HI!!! i have more snail pics to share :P currently moving house so i had to pack everyone into a temporary enclosure for a few days while i broke down and cleaned out the tank in preparation for the move, so i took that opportunity to get some better photos of our conch and limpet friends!! again no worries if ID isn’t super easy, either way we get to look at some cute (if a little disgruntled) marine snails :D
Oho! She does indeed appear to be a strawberry conch, Conomurex luhuanus. I love her little face in that second photo especially. Bamboozled type energy.
As for the limpet… take this with a heavy grain of salt, since I’m by no means a limpet expert. It’s definitely a keyhole limpet, family Fissurellidae. Maybe something in the genus Fissurella, or Diodora?
