YayI loved knk. I’ll have to check the other anime you mentioned.

:D!! It was cold yesterday morning and I made a nice breakfast and some hot tea and watched knk. The episode was so good. It was a perfect morning. *sigh*

But I'm not sure I'd recommend the other two right about now. I didn't really like the second episodes of either.

Well, to be fair, I'm super sleep-deprived today (darn you fanfiction), but I thought it was awesome. Should I tag stuff from ep. 16 as spoilers for you?

I would love to know 10 facts about you!

All righty then!

1. I’m insanely jealous of people who live next to the ocean *coughof-course-i-m-studyingcough* I live an hour away, but it’s not close enough for me.

2. I like to draw, but I’m not the greatest. I really need to take a human figure drawing class.

3. The places I feel most at home, aside from home, are the Disneyland Resort (well, all the American Disney parks actually) and the beach.

4. My moods are as follows: 8 year old boy on a sugar high, emo teenager, somewhat responsible struggling adult.

5. I’m very good at whistling. I can whistle in and out, so in theory I could whistle indefinitely, although my mouth would get very dry.

6. I occasionally smuggle manga in my purse.

7. I can read Spanish pretty well and understand about half of what’s said (more if a person speaks slowly). I don’t speak it much, but when I was at Disney World, I sometimes took orders in Spanish. That was fun.

8. I got new glasses this week. :)

9. I’m a tomboy.

10. I wanted to be an herbalist when I was younger and started growing all sorts of medicinal and cooking herbs and reading handbooks. I gave up on that dream, but I still like growing herbs.

It’s not that I didn’t dislike them, but did not expect it at all. It didn’t seem to fit really.

The music was weird…but I think it helped with the “I’m having a heart attack" feel during the first half of the episode.

I enjoyed it, though I really like the in itself. It is on the OST which I was listening to earlier on my computer so...

I thought it sounded like a cool song, but to me the whole rock song with English lyrics came out of left field. Maybe it's an anime thing I haven't gotten used to yet. I know in Bleach they have some pretty, um, interesting songs during battles sometimes. woooohoooo if you're looking for some action....

I don't really have anything to compare it to, since it was my first slice of life anime, but you should! Whenever my shounen animes get too testosterone-filled for me, Hanasaku was my escape. Now I need something to fill its place. :(

Oh man I would so trade places for a day….we get excited when it reaches like degrees, because it’s usually in the minus...

Careful what you wish for. We have the opposite end of the spectrum. I live a little further inland than the tourist areas (San Diego, Orange County, LA), so it gets hotter here. Once mid-June hits, it should be over 100 every day. It stays hot till October/November. I remember once, it got to be 121 degrees. It can get hot. But, yeah, I'd totally trade you. :)

Come to good old Canada for snow. Especially Alberta. We had so much it was up to my waist and I still had to go to school!

I'd love that!! At least, I think I would. I love California, but where I live, the coldest it gets on really cold days is the high 40s. And that's unusual. I want to experience at least one hardcore winter in my lifetime. :D

Bleh.  But now I do know which of the two ramen joints in town to go to - the one that tastes super good, costs less, and has a 1 hour + long wait to get in the door. -_-
