I'm currently on a live stream, watching Tiktok shut down...
This seems weird, but that app is such a huge part of me.
(Not only because it supported my hyper fixations, lolol.)
But because that app helped me get through so many things in my life because it made me feel like I wasn't alone.
There's so many creators and people on there who I will miss seeing their tiktok posts.
There's creators who I've watched from 2019 - 2025, and it's been a wild ride watching all of their growth. It's so upsetting that all of that might be gone after today as I can not imagine losing so much progress.
I also feel so incredibly bad for all of the editors who worked so hard to create edits and build a community. They also don't deserve to have all of that swept from under their feet.
If the app goes out, then the app goes out. It's been fun... I'll be up until 12 pm EST for anyone who wants to talk about it.
If you need to talk through your emotions with someone, then that's okay! I'll probably be crying AGAIN in 20 minutes or less 😭
