This homemade strawberry vodka is a delicious mix of fresh strawberries and vodka that will make your cocktails taste more fruity. It is very easy to make and very sweet on its own.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced. 1 bottle vodka 750 ml.
Instructions: In a clean glass jar or bottle, add the sliced strawberries. Pour the vodka over the strawberries, covering them completely. Close the jar tightly and shake gently to mix. Store the jar in a cool, dark place for at least 3 days, shaking occasionally to infuse the flavors. After 3 days, strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle to remove the strawberry solids. Your homemade strawberry vodka is ready to enjoy!
