Work’s kicking my tailbone when it comes to getting digital art done, so I dove back into the squip blogs that follow me for some good old traditional art!

Venus @ask-the-venus-squip : I loved this artist so much back when they ran the dreamer-squip blog and that love hasn’t gone away yet with V! I’m so interested in Venus’s quest to find someone to trust and their aesthetic makes me hum “Black Sheep” by The Clash at Demonhead

Kaje @askthetitansquip : I hadn’t expected him to get a sick new design, but whoa, does Kaje look radical! Keep up the good work, y’all!

Violet @violet-makes-an-entrance : Okay, so CJ’s was one of the first squip blogs I flat-out idolized. She and Vi have been around for seemingly forever and have kept me entranced with their story from the very beginning. Hers was also one of the blogs that inspired me to actually put Carson’s story together, so, thanks! I haven’t drawn her since the Darkberry event, so it was so great to draw her again.

Spam @ask-squipspam : This dude always reminds me of a high school friend of mine who once went a-wandering through the school auditorium wearing nothing but a corset and fuzzy plaid pajama pants and then did his best Top Model walk for the security camera. Spam is a pretty rad dude himself, though his hair is hell to draw. Mad props to Atlas, who gets his hair right every single time.

Buzz @buzzmorechill : <insert the Always Sunny meme here: “I can’t get enough of this guy”> Buzz has always looked like the abstract concept of EWM to me, so I hope I managed to nail that feeling in my fanart. Please don’t ask me why he’s making that expression; he refused to make any other when I wanted him to smile. I think he’s mocking me. Anyhow, I’m head over heels in love with his mod’s music skill and I have listened to PillbugChillbug an unholy amount. I cannot wait to see his story unfold.

As mentioned in prior posts, Alex ( @you--have--to--obey ) and I have a very fun idea of her Nim and my Carson being siblings and we have written a lot of stories of the two of them just palling around. So here’s the two of them, having a conversation!

Finally worked up enough Procrastination Points(TM) to finish something I’ve been working on for an age. I’m always a sucker for dancing and early morning pajama dancing is my jam. These two are from a scene I was half-writing for a modern gods AU and, frankly, they just make me happy.

Supposedly, this is my one hundredth post, but I’m discounting the numerous reblogs I’ve done. When I reach one hundred original posts, you’ll get a big huge celebration. For now, have a work in progress! @ask-squip-fates has been on my radar for a while and now I’m finally in possession of some time to do something about it! Also, this is the worst, most garbage man ever and I despise him, thanks.
