Today we saw the results of our streaking for isolation plates. I need to get better isolated colonies but it was a good first try!!! (My unknown 3 seems to have two types of colonies!!! seems to have a little Serratia marcescens in there) The super old mayo jar is for the anaerobic growing conditions (for i believe S. pyogenes)
S. mar smells like fish (kinda smells like a good kind of fish like katsuo flakes maybe) anyway hope I can do slightly better streaking for isolation in this next one after the feed back from the first one.
