1. My first official session w my boy Jeremyyyyyy! He was kind enough to allow me into his space to create alongside him. We started with a beat he built infrunna me so I can see how the process works (I assisted with production ideas, teehee) n we finished it, but I had writers block like a muug.

2. Before I left, we browsed through some samples and I got stuck on this one loop . I started to write from the heart and once I looked up and saw that hoodie, I knew I wanted this to be a song of release. Hence the “FUCK EM ALL” reference .

I was scared to use this as the cover art, but I felt it resonated so deeply. It was Valentine’s Day when I wrote the song and just a couple weeks before then, Dude-Ass tweaked and I’d had enough.

The art was from a painting I did in September back when he had tweaked on a different occasion Lolrz, so it all fit the theme. I added the galactic starry look on Procreate n everyone agrees that this cover looks how the song sounds. That’s an A+ in my book .

I’m not sure if he’s seen or heard it yet. I’m nearing or just now getting past the point where I don’t care. Sometimes I feel bad because I do love him and he loves me but shit man the art looks good and the hurt is still hurting so ..I guess this is doing some sort of healing for me so ima keep going with it.

If you ain’t wanna end up on some cover art we shoulda kept our act together . But maybe he’ll like it? Ion know, ima shut up.
