Strength Wraps

I want a pair of wrist/strength wraps, but I want to make them, because they look like I could just make them from some fabric I have left over from other projects. I'm trying to find a pattern/dimensions/anything to base them from, but I can't find anything. I don't want to pay $30 for a pair just to have to make some from.

Any ideas or anyone have dimensions they are willing to give me. If I successfully make some I'll send you a pair I make for free!
