Ok so I've never actually performed a snatch before.. He are the baby straight bar. But I was getting antsy with cardio so I decided to throw the bar around! I need to concentrate on maintaining muscle while I continue to diet down for this show. I've got my eyes on another 20lbs and the combination of diet and training needs to be magical and harmonious. I haven't been toss in weight around too much due to my deficit, but after the weekend of goodies...
