Most often there is no awareness of being in this state because it becomes one “norm” especially when . But let it not be mistaken…the way we have navigated the world has been essential to our survival. Unfortunately, we cannot always see this as we explore ways to recover the impact this hard wiring has had on the health of our body and often fall victim to the tons and tons of diets, misinformation, detox scams and quick weight loss, which only perpetuates the addiction as these approaches can be excessive and extreme stresses to the system.
