Miniature horses, French bulldogs or Ferrets
As I lay here in bed at 2am I wanted to share what I was thinking about last night.
So you all know (all 1 or 2 of you now) that I'm on one about respect for teachers and that teachers are in the 2nd highest stress job next to nurses. So, wait for it but..........what about having MINIATURE HORSES, French bulldogs or ferrets brought around to schools for teachers that need some pet therapy during the day? Personally, I would want to pet and hug a miniature horse during work especially after I've had an idea tossed away by administration or had to have a conversation with a parent about their child being better served in some classes in the severe classroom! What better way to feel better then with some unconditional, non-judgmental, stressfree animal time? Yes, there will be some of those other kinds of people that aren't animal types and something else could be put into play for them. Actually, different things on the teacher therapy menu should be offered!
HERE's a list:
Miniature horses, French bulldogs, ferrets, giant love sacs, massaging chairs, fruities(actually, not for me because I'm addicted to them!), arcade games, gravity chambers, principals to teach your classes (on a rotating basis, teachers in different schools could get the day off and the principals from all of the district schools fill in the gaps)!
I love, love this list and may make it it's own post that I can add to as ideas jump into my head! Whatcha think????
