Me: *on biology calls*

Teacher: *says somethin about cortisol*

Teacher: The simptoms of excess cortisol are:

- Shakey hands

- stammering

- Problems with seeing and/or hearing

- Problems with memory

Me: *freaking out inside my head cuz' all of the simptoms match me + my psychologist said i have problems with stress*

Teacher: *sais what disseases it can cose when you don't get the treatment*

Me: *feaks out more*

Me: *quietly* fuuuuuuuuuuck.

I think Allah creating me with stress pains is some what of a blessing. For those of you who do not know, when i'm extremely stressed i get a throbbing pain in my legs (my stress pains). I've always had a negative opinion about it, naturally, but now that i think of it, its kind of a blessing. I have a signal in my body that tells me that i'm stressing too much giving me a chance to take a deep breath and calm down. It helps me know when my stress levels are going past what i can handle. 

I like looking at negative things with a different perspective.
