Cue Kevin trying to stutter out some cheesy pick up line but failing to actually finish it before he embarrasses himself.

         “Go on, Kevin, I want to hear the rest of it!"            he urged with a mischievous glint in             his eyes and a delighted smile at his lips.

         "I think that date was a great           idea, Kevin. I had fun."

There was a scream nearby.

         "Ahh, isn't that lovely--oh, sorry, were you saying something?"

          "Uhm, no, actually."

"Hey, Carlos." The God caressed the man's shoulder, and pinched the cloth to give it little tugs here and there to try and wake him up. "Heeey," their whisper a little more hoarse this time. "Wake up~."

     Carlos was snoring softly, only managing a few incoherent murmurs at the voice that tried to stir him from his sleep. The small tugs were mostly what managed to slowly but surely bring him back to consciousness, though.

     ”Hm?” he hummed groggily, reaching up to rub his sleepy eyes before he glanced back. “Oh…—hmm, heey…” He managed a weak smile and a deep breath through his nose as he sat up tall and tried to seem as awake as possible. How did he let Smiles catch him asleep at his desk? How unprofessional and embarrassing.

     ”W-what’s up?”

"What did you just call me?"

"H o t t i e."

         "I called you 'h o t t i e.'"
