Our family always knows when the striper start to show up in the south Delta because my dad always ties up a bunch of his favorite 4in wool baitfish. Tonight’s flavor is bluegill (a big source of food for stripper in the delta are bluegill) he plans on a bunch of Shad tomorrow. This year he’s trying it some 2/0 @ahrexhooks TP610 Trout Predator Streamer hooks. By the amount of blood on one of these bluegill they’re sharp.
