Steaks, bacon wrapped asparagus and a baked potato tonight. The Belted Galloway beef was very tender and cooked perfectly. No complaints! Good stuff. The Belted Galloway strip steaks were seasoned with @stagnersteakrub Steak Rub and finished with @bannerbutteratl Whiskey butter and @jacobsensaltco flake salt. The @pedersonsfarms bacon wrapped asparagus were seasoned with @meatmitch Naked. I cooked the steaks on @grillgrates at 400 degrees until they reached 132 internal.
