The fourth amendment is a joke in 2024. Almost every app out there makes money on ads AND steals your data to sell. New cars are always listening with hidden microphones. Supermarkets are installing tablets that scan your face and analyze your facial expressions to gauge your response to various product designs. The cyberpunk dystopia is here.
I saw your tags on the moon lightning post and that's real cool that you can identify it like that! Is there anything else you can tell us about lightning
Thank you!
Lightning is a subfield of meteorology that's still in its infancy stages of research, but i'll try and summarize what i know. I won't cover absolutely everything, just stuff I find interesting enough to share! :)

Ground-to-Cloud Lightning is a phenomenon in which lightning can appear to originate from the ground, usually a tall object like a skyscraper or radio tower, and branch out into the sky. The vast majority of these strikes are positively charged, which is the inverse of what usually happens with Cloud-to-Ground lightning!
Anvil Crawlers are lightning strikes that extend horizontally across the sky, usually for many miles. This phenomenon is also called "Anvil Lightning", or "Out of the Blue Lightning". Anvil Crawlers are slow enough that the human eye can discern its point of origin and track it along its path, where it will branch out into many directions before the leader propagation resolves.
Ionospheric Lightning is a phenomena where electrical breakdowns occur far higher in our atmosphere than lightning usually occurs. If you observe the sky well above where a storm is taking place at night, you may see some TLEs, or Transient Luminous Events. These can take on many forms, but the most common ones are Sprites! Sprites are bright red flashes that occur above a storm system, and leave behind a "Ghost" of dim green light. There are so many more types of TLEs i could cover, but this post is long enough LOL
Thinking about them...
