They are my world, and I am their’s. Mother’s Day 2 years ago, we announced that we were having a baby. Mother’s Day last year, I was just out of the hospital and still too ill and weak to really celebrate. Tomorrow is CT day 💕My pants would be currently ablaze if I didn't admit that I am absolutely terrified. So, what do we do when we are scared? We play the glad game. Here goes: I'm glad that I have such an intuitive and proactive medical team who help me to keep improving and to keep going on this journey of kicking stroke square in the ass. So, I may not be great yet, but I sure have a hell of a great start. #strokelookslikeme

Being #basic never felt so good! It's my first time behind the wheel (by myself) since the stroke! I drove 1/2 mile to pick up some baby nose spray. #strokelookslikeme

Our serendipitous Sea World trip was a success! I made it through the entire trip with my walker. Sea World is set up for breastfeeding moms and for the use of walkers and wheelchairs. So, I did not feel out of place or inconvenienced with any of my or my kids' needs. It was a great trip! I may nap for a week to recover. 😴 #seaworld #family #strokelookslikeme
