This is my 2nd IV 100% Dragonite. It also found in Sentosa, Singapore, by using rule module when Halloween Hollow Night event. It seems like this kind of pokemon given by the GM to gather more visitors in the Halloween event. It is my special weapon to attack another Dragonite. It is the strongest type of pokemon in the whole game to fight against another Dragonite. It is also got IV 100%, Best HP, Best ATK, Best DEF.
