Myra trying to explain to Strunvahlo that it would not be undignified of him to let her ride on his back.
So, Strunvahlo was among one of my first Skyrim oc’s as I wanted my dragonborn to have more dragon alliesz so I made up my own. His story is that among the dov he was not that powerfull nor strong, on the other hand his mastery of illusion magic was unmatched. His knowledge of this school of magic is what saved his life during the time when the blades killed of the last dragons. He managed to stay hidden for all these years until he got himself trapped in a cave for who knows how long until a bunch of summoners found him. Since then he became sort of an oracle to that group.
Myra had caught wind of these rumors of a dragon teaching out illusion magic and decided to track him down. Once she did find the cave she was surprised to see that this dragon unlike most of his brethrem didn’t care much for power as he just wanted to live in peace and quiet, becoming comfortable in his current prison of stone. Of course Myra decided to try and help him out of there by shouting away the cave in where he originally came through and thus he was free to fly the skies of Skyrim again.
Honestly I’m unsure if I translated his name right, it’s meant to say “storm phantom deciever”
