Wisps of a dark smoke curled in remnants of what seemed to be quite the gunfight in what appeared to be quite the well fortified government facility. Scattered bodies, planted evidence, if all went according to the plan (and he hoped so, for he was sure that if there was another failure he was sure as hell not going to hear the end of it). Those that survived the attack seemed to be in a panic.
From the vantage a building over, a dark figure remained watching the created mess through a window. It hadn’t been just an attack, but also a test of his own design. Cities with such important locations tended to have need for people who seemed to itch at the urge to play hero.
And his mind itched at being able to see just what kind of fools such a scene would bring out into the spotlight.
Reaper just wondered if the fool that responded would be worth the time to bump out as well. There were only so many of these they could afford before someone was bound to get too curious for their own good.
