okay, question! what point in catching fire is this site set in? like. before or after the victory tour? c:

okay so let me give everyone a basic plot here

when the quarter quell was announced, the rebels made a move. a team was sent into the capitol and basically what they did was plant explosives around the huge runway type thing where the tribute parade would happen. when all twelve districts’ chariots were stopped in front of snow’s mansion, the explosives went off. and that’s where we’re starting the plot.

here's how our reserves are going to work! message us your reserve and if you send your ask with your blog, we'll message you privately to let you know that you've got it. you can reserve up to two canons and two face claims. reserving a canon with a face claim counts as one reserve of each. here is the reserve format:

to reserve only a face claim:

celebrity name for your alias

to reserve a canon:

canon name for your alias

for canons, if you want to use the movie face claim, then you have to also send in the reserve for the face claim. that would look like this:

celebrity name as canon name for your alias
