omg my manager gets up my ass about doodling too. like sometimes i just stand at the front and check people in. and i do that for hours. it's really fucking boring. i used to draw while i was up there and guests used to always compliment my stuff, but he made a new 'no drawing rule' because he doesn't want guests to think im distracted and not watching their children. like. shut the fuck up. it isn't THAT HARD to make sure children don't go running out the door. managers can be butts sometimes.
yeah and I get where she’s coming from with me setting an example for the rest of the associates. but if the associates did half the work I already did with doodling, then they’d be 60% better + more efficient. like pls
