Different Types of Students you will see in the Classroom
Being in the teaching profession is an opportunity that only a few get. And if you the lucky one who is into this profession, then you will be well-versed with the fact that there are different types of students in a class. Some are interested in studies, while others are in sports.
But this doesn’t make any student less than the other. Any teacher must understand this difference and take relevant steps to make sure that his students are on the right track of achieving their life goals.
Even the nature and behavior of the students is as different as they all are. Some are attention-seekers or discussion-dominating student who will be a part of everything going on in the class. Teachers like to clear these students’ doubts and queries.
Some students can be unprepared, inattentive, uncivil and disrespectful too. But that doesn’t mean that the teacher has no responsibility towards these students.
A teacher has an equal responsibility for all his students and he should never discriminate the students on the basis of their class performance or overall grades because the students, who are not interested in studies might be good in other co-curricular activities. A teacher must share an equal responsibility towards his students.
