The Faculty of Creative Industries will be showcasing our NQ Students in an exhibition at the Ralph Cowan Gallery - opening on Tues 3rd March 4 - 6pm. We will not be able to show all work from all courses, but we will be able to show some examples of the great work our NQ students have been working on. Your lecturer may have discussed this with you, or they may have selected some of yours, or your classmates work to represent your course. We are inviting staff, art teachers and all NQ students are welcome.We look forward to celebrating the work of our NQ students, in this our first NQ showcase. Please share on social media.

STUDENT MENTORS

Seven of our current 4th Year Degree students (some have studied since NQ at City) will look host small group mentoring sessions with you  and look at your work in progress and give feedback and advice for your E-Zine. (Please come prepared with work in progress to show i.e Adobe Spark, blog posts)

We hope you get to know them well and that your BA mentors will share their work in progress with your mentor group for feedback after Easter Break!

WAYS OF SEEING: Women and Photography in Scotland - Shutter Hub

We’ve teamed up with National Trust for Scotland, Glasgow Women’s Library, and the Trust’s Tenement House to create a two-part exhibition, W

Through Ways of Seeing, Shutter Hub aims to bring together the work of women photographers in, and from, Scotland, and asks them ‘What are you looking at now?’

We are looking for standalone, and series of, images to exhibit, and you can submit work on any theme. To be eligible for these exhibitions you must identify as a Scottish woman, a woman with Scottish heritage, or woman living in Scotland.
