For a very brief second I thought about what it would be like if I put aside my passion and my career goals and simply worked 9-5, living on pointless paper pushing, retail, and anything BUT fantastical work to get by (for the sake of my family).

And I just thought...

How truly sad I would be and how defeated my soul would feel despite my exterior facade of content.

And then I thought about something else. And then focused at the task at hand.
