Reposted from @studio_wolf Daydreaming about all the beautiful hair I’m gonna do here soon 🔮 • Oregon Governor Kate Brown announced yesterday that salons and personal services will be included in Phase 1 of the states reopening plan which begins next Friday, May 15th, on a county by county basis. Because Multnomah and Washington counties are more metropolitan than others, I expect my official reopening date to be past that, however each day we learn something new and I will be rescheduling everyone as soon as I get the green light • This has been a very difficult time for me. Having my business just disappear, my livelihood, my main creative outlet, my deep connections with my clients, all just poof! Gone. Like so many of us, especially my hairstylist community, the stress this has put me under has been very real. I’ve cried. A lot. I’ve followed my anxiety and worries down deep, dark holes. I have managed to find a much deeper sense of gratitude for the life I have been given and those I surround myself with, personally and professionally. I can’t wait to begin sharing my life with my clients again. I need you all probably more you need me. You’re my therapy, too • Many protective measures and strict sanitation guidelines have been put in place for your safety and mine. I will be posting these soon in my stories and saving it to my highlights for reference.
