Thank you very much! :)
Trick or Treat? :D
Have all of the treats, darling! ♥
Hope you had a wonderful Halloween!
Right, my good Colonel, what can we deduce about the young lady behind this blog? And don't tell me that only idiots 'deduce' things, I just like the expression...
Well, just from the fact that she was completely shocked from the fact that anyone inboxed me about her, I can tell she's more awesome than she thinks she is, which isn't saying much.
She doesn't seem to thing she's awesome at all, really.
After a while, I managed to get her to pluck up the courage to finally show her face without a onesie covering up the majority of it.
So here:
This is her.
The terrible quality of her shitty laptop's webcam shows that she's not particularly doing well money-wise, or not at the moment at least.
What the quality neglects to show is her horrid spots on her face, but you can tell from the picture that she's a teenager anyway. That's pretty easy to spot.
Needs her hair dying, but either she can't afford to, or she doesn't care to.
Looks to be pretty nervous, what with the pose you will typically see her in when she's doing something she's not sure about; chewing on something. Be it on my dogtags, her pen, nails... yeah, not a very confident person. At home, that is.
Judging by this... not a particularly tidy person. Wires everywhere, bit of a hoarder... What with the book and pen near her bed, where she spends most of her time, I'd say a fan of novels. It's in red, which is a colour she's not really allowed to use at school, so whatever she uses it for it not school work.
The book is Lost Souls by Poppy Z Brite. Wouldn't particularly recommend it. She's a bit of a literary snob, and vampire novels have fallen from her graces. It's got dust gathering on it, actually, so quite obviously she hasn't read it in a while.
Nokia Brick phone, again gesturing towards her lack of funds. Also, there's a broken purple LG Viewty. Nokia's a replacement, but the broken phone is gathering dust. Doesn't seem to be needing a new phone any time soon.
Considering the deer stalker, and the shelves entirely dedicated to books on the man, she is obviously a fan of Sherlock Holmes. I don't think I really need to make much of a comment on that.
Three guitars, two of them electric, one electro-acoustic. Musical, but the electrics are now gathering dust. Fairly-recent change in music preferences.
Half-open box, containing the money she's saving up to buy something. £40 in there so far, as well as some old Pokemon cards, which she still uses, as well as some Yugioh cards.
Fairly large number of CDs, but at the bottom of the rack, you'll find S Club 7, Atomic Kitten, etc... Hoarder. Some are missing from the rack; being lent out.
Two top lemurs on top of shelves. Bit silly really, but they seem to be the preferred animal, like purple seems to be the preferred colour.
And that's all I'm patient enough to do. I'm not bloody Sherlock Holmes, after all.

Regarding ‘Rat’ this sounds plausible: the-chief-moosecateer.t… I think it’s a combination of House/Boscombe
Oooh. Interesting assumption.
study-in-green replied to your post: study-in-green replied to your post: > I guess...
I absolutely agree! Of course all the uncertainty surrounding Seb is quite painful (and ‘Rat’ just irritated many of us, including me, but then that was the point ;) ), but then it’s great that our theories/fantasies are boundless :)
So you think 'Rat' refers to Sebastian? There's still only one way to find out, and that is wait for a year (or for whatever time they need).
Mormor, basically, is already an AU, where Sherlock and John are not the main characters, a chance to look at the stories from another perspective, so we can do whatever we like with that.

I guess everyone’s losing their mind right now. The Mormor tag is just crying it’s non-existing eyes out and the Sheriarty tag…NO. Don’t visit it tonight. Too much stress for one fandom.
To be perfectly honest, I don't understand why all this crying. It's been obvious, that Mormor won't be canon. And Sheriarty shippers normally gladly embrace the fact that half of their OTP is dead.
The way Jim left is just so suitable for his character, so if he came back that would be not like him.
But don't get me wrong, I will miss Andrew Scott, and because of the lack of new material some Moriarty blogs will go quiet, which is sad.

going to be a very stressful next week....
