Dinner, Stuffed pita with chicken and salad. We're a brown family, and for us it's hard to incorporate healthy meals with Indian food. So I started making less rice, less fried food and less desserts. And plunged right into healthy meals. Once a week for rice and dessert only. No can foods. Raised without Antibiotic meat. And a lot of other changes. I find myself slipping occasionally, because it's easier to buy dinner on my long days I'm tired.
