ATTENTION: TO ALL OF MY FOLLOWERS

I’m thinking about starting a whole new primary blog/separate account. I won’t be completely deleting this blog, but I won’t use it actively or post anymore on it by making it into only a blank page. The reason being is 1. I have thousands of posts that are hard to keep track of and a lot of personal ones have been lost that I wanted to keep and or delete but now have too many reblogs to completely get rid of 2. I’m starting to understand a lot more about how this site works and I’m running into so many dead ends to solve certain issues I feel like starting off fresh would benefit me a lot.

I’ll probably create my second account very soon, and give all you fellow followers the link to it so we can still keep in touch (since I’ll miss you all too much to leave this account behind completely,) and later announce again that I’m completely abandoning this blog.

So I’m not leaving completely but only simply moving to a whole different blog. Thanks guys!

The POC struggle

Recently i’ve been attacked by people who claim i’m apparently trying to lump poc together by apparently hinting all of us have the exact same and specific issues, and speaking for poc that i have no racial or cultural ties to aka my “don’t use people of color as free passes” post. But honestly, i’m aware that from minority group to another minorities all have specific issues that even minorities as a whole cannot all relate to. Asians don’t go through the exact social issues as blacks, native americans don’t go through the exact social issues as hispanics, etc. and vise versa. But a common, underlying phenomenon still exists and connects between all people of color: As people of color most of our ancestors have experienced imperialism, racial cleansing, war, genocide, colonization, etc. by western countries that have impacted our lives today, even when living in our native countries. 

It’s true, I can’t speak for asians, native Americans, latinos, pretty much any racial group i classify as people of color and or minorities. But i can relate and understand other poc and or minorities a lot since we all gone through the same basic struggle that persists in today’s society: being treated as lesser than the majority.

A whole lot of people within the majority will literally go to their graves desperately holding onto the crazy idea that this world is currently a utopia, flawlessy, undoubtedly, perfect regardless of various social issues still running rampant. As long as any of these issues haven't effected who they are today and their paths are straight and clear, free of struggle or overgrowth, they believe this world is great as is and can sleep like babies at night knowing that they're still on top of the food chain.

But if anything threatens their high position, and by threaten i mean someone less advantaged speaking out about how the system is tremendously flawed, all hell breaks loose and the majority attacks the less privileged in packs until they are silenced, still present but blended into the background, where the majority thinks minorities should always belong. It gets worse when some minorities are delusional about their less advantaged position. And the majority applaud them for joining their side because this further confirms that the rest of us are all "overreacting".

Struggles

No matter how much you tell a stubborn group or individual how you feel about certain issues, especially if you are apart of a group who endures these issues constantly, some people will still continue to refuse to step into your shoes and find a common ground of understanding with you.

I don't even know why a whole lot of people on here even bother trying to battle over certain issues, trying to brainwash you into thinking your struggles are inexistent or irrelevant to who you have been and what you are today and what you've gone through. Like, if someone is so fixed on the idea that it's their way or the high way, so convinced that they live in a sort of utopia world where everything is no where near to how bad it actually is out here, why do they even bother to read or listen to what you have to say? They're obviously mended in their own ways and ignorance and strike down the idea of trying to acknowledge what less advantaged people are still going through. 

I can't force anyone to believe what's offensive or what's acceptable. I can only try to make them see through different eyes, eyes of someone who has seen more oppression than they can only dream or think of. But when i say how i personally feel, express how much hurt and pain due to certain struggles, people shouldn't try to debate with me how i'm wrong or exaggerating. If you don't want to see eye to eye with me why are we even still discussing the struggles i, and people like me, go through? Certain people obviously want to see you go through pain yet refuse acknowledge and understand the source of it. These certain people want to tell you how you should and how they want you to feel vs. how you really feel. It's sad, really.

Introvert probz

Whenever I agree to hangout with two people two days in a row I automatically imagine how exhausted I'll be the third day after. It's like having a mental hangover from constant social interaction. I need at least a day in between to regenerate.
