Ugh

Just a rant. I'm fucking at work and I'm on like night 7 so I'm just over tired, but I had a guy call me saying his truck got broken into her and I told him I couldn't help but I would let management know tomorrow, and he just started screaming at me and telling me to shut up and listen to him and just kept saying fucking this fuck your hotel fuck the management. And again I told him I'd let management know and he just kept swearing at Me then proceeds to tell me that he's "going to run his fucking truck through our fucking Lobby" so he hung up, I called my manager told him everything and at this point in having a fucking panic attack because I tried calling my supervisor and she literally turned her fucking phone off after I called her the first time, and I didn't know what the fuck to do, and I felt bad because my manager found out I was having a panic attack, but then on top of it he calls me again and tells me he'll be here in 2 fucking minutes and proceeds to tell me my manager better fucking be here when he gets here and hung up, so I called my security right away and told them what was happening and told them he said he'd be here in 2 minutes. So basically they get here rught after the other dude thank god. And then he starts swearing at them and everything then THREATENS my security gaurds and walks out of the hotel really angry; so they call the police because he's being fucking crazy; and I'm already tired af from being on nights and Christmas and barely sleeping. So the police get here and they talk to him and talk to security and then ask me everything and I felt so awful because I was having an anxiety attack and could barely breathe, but everyone was so nice about it, and the police basically made the guy apologize to me because he literally took all his anger out on me over the phone and even at the hotel. Ugh my days off will be amazing.
