I did my first ever 3-hour film stunt training class today! It was amazing.
I've wanted to get into stunt work for the last 6 years!
I'm covered in bruises but its completely worth it. This week consisted of 2 x 2 hour gymnastics classes, 1 x 2 hour parkour class and 35+km of cardio, an average of over 2700 calories/day and zero drugs (whether that be alcohol, cigarettes, weed, coffee, medications, you name it - I was clean as a bean!)
Parkour tomorrow, gymnastics after that, capoeira should go back as soon as a new location is found (renovations), might get into a little boxing (and kick boxing), looking to get back into XMA weapons classes, back to hiphop and ragga dance soon.
