Life at School
Just some of the funny BS I hear every day
Illustrators at my school: O god, you animators have no idea how hard Illustration is! I worked a whole 4 hours on my senior project can you believe it! Never doing that again.
Film Students at my School: Guys I know animation is hard, but you couldn’t believe how much harder it is being a film maker. We have to reserve our equipment, put it in our van and drive to a location and shoot for 3 hours. Its killer. I mean I have to do that at least it 5 more times before the film is done.
(wait weren't you an animator?)
Yeah I quit because it was to hard.
Performance artist at my school: Yeah like I’m going to sit in a wonder woman thong ever other 3rd day of the week for 4 weeks as my senior project. Going to blow balloons too and hold them near my penis because its deep. You guys have no idea how hard it is to do my art.
Other Animators at my school: I want to do a three minute long animation using stop motion, 3d animation, and 2d animation. Will be life like and also illustrative using my style only with no help from anyone. Im sure I can get it done in 6 months.
(another student) guys I hate animating, cant I just come up with all the ideas. What be a story boarder? what no I hate story boarding. Concept artist? naa I draw in my style only. *sighs* I just want to come up with the worlds if there was only a job for me.
(another another student) yeah I want to work at Disney or pixar! what? Naa I cant do a walk cycle. they’re way to confusing. (a senior just about to graduate in animation)
3D modelers at my school: Guys guys you wouldn’t believe it! I got fired from my internship at that game company! You know why! they expected me to finish my models! at least one a week! how BS is that?
(another student) What do you mean you just turned in a model you stole off the internet! (would later graduate and get a job and got fired when he tried to give stolen models)
(yet another student) Yeah I skipped the class for 8 weeks, but I have this model of a bird I built. what would I have to do to get an A? (for a class meant to build a biped creature with face and hands)
Me at School: Guys cut it out!! Ive been working nearly ever day since last may. During summer break, through every holiday, around an entire year at this point to try to produce 11 seconds of animation every month.
Wow! Her plastic surgery is really holding up nicely.

My dear friend Francisco ( http://altarvisceral.tumblr.com ) made a tumblr about me a while ago: fuckyeah[my full name].tumblr.com and posted pictures of me and stuff, was the funniest thing ever (I laughed really hard whe he sent me the link haha...), then I asked him to delete it... was I wrong? I wanna do one about him just for the lulz, but I can't now that mine is gone :(
