4pm: Exhausted. I'll just lie down for a bit. Set my alarm for 5pm so I can watch that show.
5pm: I don't need to see all of it. Just the final 20mins. *sets alarm again*
7.15pm: Oops.
I’m doing very well at the nap thing this week.
Sunday: 6hrs (in total). No doubt brought on by Mothers Day prep stress & socialising. Tuesday: 3hrs (in total). Definitely due to Careers Market related anxiety & forced socialising. Wednesday: 3hrs (straight). I guess I really needed it? :D
I’m still getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night too.
