Me: I don't need external validation, my weight loss journey is for me, the scale does not define my self-worth.
Also Me: tell me I'm cute, because this scale made me feel like garbage.

Feeling frustrated
I'm trying to remember the scale doesn't matter. But I've been working out consistently for a week or so now. My eating has cleaned up a lot since then. But every single time I step on the scale I'm gaining like 1kg. I'm trying to remember I'm probably retaining some water because of going from nothing to crush at home and lifting weights. I'm also probably retaining some water as I'm due on this week. I know it's only been a short while but it would've been nice to see the number on the scale stop consistently going up when I'm bloody trying.
Ugh my scale is broken
I tried to weigh Noel on my kitchen scale, and the last time I weighed her she was 224 grams but I think my scale is broken or something because now it's trying to say she's 36 grams....-.- Definitely not right
That Moment When The Scale In The Bathroom Says I Weigh 140 Lbs.......If I Weighed That Much I Wouldn't Fit Into All The Clothes I Currently Own..My Scale Is Way Broken Haha
