Her first instinct is to refuse – intelligence is more powerful than any currency, forceful leverage when needed, but it does not sound like Kate is threatening her, and she knows this is part of why Romanova and Barton wanted her to meet Kate in the first place. “That… is a ‘friend’ thing.
