Hi, everyone! This is my first post on this little blog, but strap in because I need to vent!!! Life sucks...but my now ex-boss sucks way more! So what if I missed work a few times? Life happens, Tiffany, get over it. Guess it's back to job searching 😒. If anyone knows of jobs that are hiring ASAP...let me know! These bills aren't going to pay themselves.

Also, Tiffany doesn't even make those clothes herself; she buys them from Amazon! Yeah, take that, Tiffany. Anyway, tune in next time for more updates unless you're my ex-boss!

How could you (boss) don't even realise HOW SEVERE COVID AND DELTA VIRUS IS?! Please, I beg you. Fired me if you still want me to come to work when all the work can be done at home. Fired me already when you kept saying Covid is the same as for dengue?! Please.

I beg you. People died of covid even they are fully vaccinated. Please. Sigh.

You know what's sad. When you're boss at one job drives you so nuts that you purposefully make yourself unavailable by volunteering to work your second job at the drop of a hat so that there is no way she can rely on you to clean up her bullshit. I can't wait to have a job where my superiors are responsible and capable adults.

Do What I Say, Not As I Do

My boss makes a lot of rules but only after he says the complete opposite is okay. For example, he would tell people to take a longer lunch if necessary because he wanted his team to enjoy their time at work. After a week of 70 or 80 minute lunches, he blames us for abusing the policy and no one can take long lunches anymore. Or he encourages us to take time off but then rants about so many PTO requests. However, his rules don’t seem to apply to him. He’s out all the time, takes long lunches, and “works from home” without prior notice. We need to get congressional approval in order to work from home and he won’t let us forget it. 

I really think he’s trying to sound like a cool boss that is trying to be popular. He’s just a petty asshole hiding behind a facade of nice and cool.

I'm bored and tired and I just want to go home, lie on my bed and watch YouTube! I'm so upset this week! I'm in my PMS and I just hate everybody right now!
