Shouldn't you be awake by now?
So there's a big dog outside that has been doing a bark plus howl for at least an hour. It's almost 5am. I don't know about anyone else, but my dogs only bark for a good reason. If my two dogs were barking like this dog is, my ass would be going to check what was up. Plus I wouldn't leave my dogs outside at night anyway. We have freaking bears that roam around. I guess the owners don't really care about their pet.
