buck and eddie are sent on a trip to nashville by their matchmaking dead captain from the grave, of course when this decision was made eddie didn’t even work there and lived three states away. and so they go and eddie wants it to be their personal vacation and go out on the town, while buck wants to stay in the hotel room with eddie all night. and while they’re there buck is going full guard dog and behaving so oddly and being so antagonistic to everyone they meet and eddie is pretending to be exasperated but indulging him anyway. and when buck barks at everyone he goes noooo buck, bad dog 🙄 but then he decides it’s kind of funny and lets him do it anyway. and then after someone pushes buck and eddie IMMEDIATELY starts swinging, despite the fact that it’s literally bucks fault and he started it. and he’s calling buck his boy and buck is calling him cowboy and they both ride a mechanical bull. and then after all of that buck hooks up with dixie bennings. mind you next week buck is getting kidnapped and put in the saw trap while eddie has to go search for him. like you can’t even make this shit up

he pulled up to the hospitalllll with buck in tow for some reason and his aunt said "who is this?" and eddie went this is Buck. the guy i work with at my new job i started like maybe a month ago. and she pulls buck aside and says "eddie cannot keep raising that child alone" and buck is like. ok i Understand. and I will be the child's stepfather. of course i will do this for Eddieguyijustmet.

eddie from bucks perspective is literally like. he’s the most beautiful guy in the world he’s shining like the sun he keeps me sane and i’d die without him. and buck from eddie’s perspective is like he’s the only person who can and/or will help me everything about my life is better and easier when he’s around he’s my guy forever and also i’d die without him.
