Anubis by Sacred System from the album Chapter Two
Roots Radics Band - Changes [1982]. Probably the best pre-digital version of the Black Cinderella riddim. Style Scott’s drumming is on fire. There are Horace Andy vocal parts mixed in, but i’ve never seen a vocals cut released. He did one for Freedom Sounds, but on a different instrumental recording
Purana by Sacred System from the album Chapter Two
King Tubby - Tad’s Special [1981]. The dub to Ranking Joe’s infamous “Burial” release. This time Tubby went with the minimalistic road, showcasing the drums and the bass played by Style Scott & Flabba Holt, the Roots Radics Band’s colossal rhythm section
Dub Syndicate - Ravi Shankar. After 30 years, this fake sitar sample still sounds like pure gold. Here in a (good sounding) live version. Nothing beats the original cut though released on the Tunes From The Missing Channel album
Creation rebel - Starship Africa
The late Lincoln "Style" Scott played on countless reggae classics. Here's a few of our favorites: http://bit.ly/ZYfiKn
